Part 18
*Next Morning*
*Ashlyn's POV*
I woke up at 9:00 am. Its to early. I'm going back to
bed, I thought. It took me 30 minutes to go back to
sleep, but I did. I woke up again at 11:30 and this time,
got up. I went downstairs and got a bowl of cereal.
"Morning Mom, Dad, and Tammie." "Morning." They all
replied at the same time. I ate quickly and went upstairs
to get dressed, etc. I checked my phone which had been
charging all night. There were no texts. I got into jeans
and an aeropostale shirt. I went to the bathroom and
brushed my teeth, went pee, and did my hair. I put
my hair in pigtails. They rested on my shoulders. I went
back to my room and called Mckenzie.
*Phone Convo*
Her: Hello?
Me: Hey girl! =)
Her: Hey!
Me: What time you wanna meet?
Her: Is 1:00 alright?
Me: Yup! I will meet you there!
Her: Alright! Bye.
Me: Bye.
*Ashlyn's POV*
I hung up and went downstairs to tell mom. I was gonna
drive dad's car. Finally. I get to drive again. My birthday
is in 2 months. I cant wait to see what I will get! I hope
a car. >) I grabbed my purse and walked out the door.
I got in the car and drove off. I was on my way with
the windows rolled down and my big sunglasses on. I
didn't want to stop driving but the park is only 10 minutes
away. My phone went off with a text. I don't touch my
ohone while I'm driving. I pulled up to the park and I
saw Mckenzie on the swings with her ball waiting for me.
This wasn't the same park Justin & I went to. Mckenzie
brought her basketball and I was glad. "Lets shoot some
hoops" I said. "K" =) She replied with a smile. I got
the basketball and shot the first hoop from the 3 pointer.
I made it. =) Mckenzie shot from the free-throw and
made it. =) "Good job!" =) I told her with a smile. "Thanks!
You to!" =) she said with a smile. I checked my phone to
read the text I forgot ALL about. It was from Justin.
He asked how I was doing and how I was feeling. I replied
good to all of them and told him what I was doing. He
said good and he was glad I was having a good day. =)
I went back and shot hoops. After, we went to swing.
I was having fun. After we were done swinging, we went
out to eat at Applebees. Again. I ordered a steak and
she ordered a BLT. Again. Lol. Mmmmm it was good. Nice
and juicy. We ordered cherry pepsi's. That was good to.
We finished eating and it was 4:00. "Do you wanna catch
a movie?" I asked her. "Sure. Which one?" She asked.
"I don't know. Lets just get there and see what they
have." I told her.
