**Song of the chapter: Just One Yesterday ~ Fall Out Boy**

A/N: The way Debby Ryan is portrayed in this chapter does not reflect on her in real life. Please no hate on her.

You stood up from the toilet, wiping the sweat from your forehead with the back of your arm. After you flushed it, the chemicals you used to clean it swirling around till they disappeared, you walked over and placed the chemicals under the sink, making sure to not leave a mess.

You walked over to the sink and washed your hands, but you faintly heard someone calling you.

You dried your hands, but the door burst open, making you jump.

"(Y/N), I've been calling you!" She scolded you. You mentally rolled your eyes. You hated her. Normally you liked everyone, but she was just a horrible bitch, yet for some reason you stayed.

Oh yeah, you thought. I'm broke.

"Sorry ma'am, I just got finished-"

"I don't care." She interrupted. "Josh is getting home in an hour, I need you to whip up something for dinner."

"I'll get right on that, ma'am." You nodded.

"Hurry up!" She scolded, leaving the bathroom. You clenched your fist, but bit the inside of your mouth, holding your tongue. You gave yourself kudos for holding back on Debby this long.

You quickly rushed to the kitchen and thought about what you could make. What does Josh like?

He likes a lot of Taco Bell and Chipotle. Specifically burritos.

You bit your lip for a moment. You could order Chipotle, but Debby would kill you. You sighed, but walked over to your laptop. After a few clicks and such, you ordered. Good.

You set up the living room so Netflix was up on the tv, there were a bunch of blankets on the couch, and a couple candles were lit around the room.

Josh would like this, he's more low maintenance.

Sad that you knew this but Debby didn't give a shit. You didn't even know why they were dating. Debby didn't put any effort in the relationship, all their dates were set up by you.

Hell, you knew more about Josh than Debby did.

Maybe you should be dating Josh.

Whoa, no. I mean, you knew you thought Josh was hot and a total sweetheart, but it wasn't your place, especially as Debby and his' maid.

You checked the time, and quickly left, going to get the Chipotle orders. You'd think Debby would realize what is happening, and yell at you, but she's probably in their room watching something else on Netflix.

When you came back, you put the food on the coffee table in front of the couch, and let out a sigh. You were happy with how the room looked.

But someone else wasn't.

"What the hell?" Debby walked in, her hands clenched into fists and an angry look on her face. "I told you to cook something, not be a lazy bitch and get Chipotle!!" She turned to look at you instead of the scene in the living room. "He's going to be home any minute!"

Before you could respond, the door opened and you heard the familiar voice.

"Deb? You home?" Josh called. Debby cursed under her breath as Josh walked in. He wore black jeans and a sleeveless red shirt, his red hair peeking from under his hat.

God you're attractive. You thought.

"Whoa." He stopped, looking at the living room. "This looks amazing, babe." He smiled wide, showing his teeth.

His smile was so cute.

"R-Really?" Debby asked, taken back.

"Yeah! Did you do this?" He walked over, pressing a kiss to her lips softly. When he pulled away, she replied.

"Yup!"

Fucking liar.

He looked up at you.

"Hey (Y/N)." He smiled softly. You smiled back, saying hi.

"She was just leaving." Debby spoke to him, nonchalantly shoving you back a little bit. You frowned, stumbling a little bit, and Josh did too.

"Hey, don't." He frowned at Debby. "She can stay if she wants." They both looked at you. Josh with glinting eyes, but Debby was giving you a horrible glare.

"N-No, its okay. I have to go home. But thank you." You smiled weakly.

"Come on babe." Debby tugged at his arm towards the living room. She looked at you. "Tomorrow, you need to go pick up a different comforter. The one you picked up is ugly, and gross." You gulped, feeling embarrassed that she was scolding you like this in front of Josh.

"Yes ma'am." Josh stopped and looked down at her.

"I like the comforter she got though. What's wrong with it?" Debby rolled her eyes.

"Its just ugly. We need a different one." Josh rolled his eyes this time.

"Deb, don't."

"What? She's our maid. She needs to do her job." She looked back at you. "Which reminds me, the garbage is full. Take it out on your way out." She tugged at Josh's hand towards the living room as she started walking. You felt tears welling up behind your eyes, but you forced them to stay in your eyes, swallowing the lump in your throat.

You picked up your keys and your coat, taking the trash bag out of the can and replacing it. You looked back to see them settled on some movie, but before you left, you caught Josh's eyes on you, his eyebrows furrowed up.

Something was upsetting him, but you couldn't place what.
