Camp Mythical

Missing

Andrew and Julia both became more alerted, but Julia chose to stay a bit more calm. On the other hand, Andrew was worried and was ready to explode.

Julia spoke first, "Wasn't she back at her tent last night?"

"Yes, I remember seeing her come in," Destiny recalled. "That's it.. I guess I passed out after she came in... But she's never up this early. Are you sure you haven't seen her this morning?"

"No neither of us have.. Is-" Andrew said but was quickly interrupted by Blue.

"What's with all the racke-," Blue called out, but then looked over and smiled, "Oh hey Destiny."

Jay came out next quite irritated, with his hair still ruffled. Blue walked over while stretching, and sat with the others. Jay decided to join in, though he was clearly annoyed at being woken up.

"Skyler's disappeared. We can go in teams of two to look for her. Destiny with Blue, Jay you can go with me and Andrew-" Julia began.

"I can go on my own Jules, don't worry. You guys relax, I'll go look in the woods, it shouldn't take long. I want you guys to stay here in case she comes back," Andrew interrupted. He knew she really couldn't have gone far.

So he headed out towards the woods, knowing the main places she could've gone. He walked and walked and walked. Right as he reached the opening in the forest, where the sun shined through, a knife flew past his head and it a tree.

Skyler? He thought.

"Guess again pretty boy," a familar voice said.

"Midnight!" He said as more of a question.

It was her. She walked over with a devious grin. He was going to step closer, when she moved to a tree in a flash.

"You're looking for her... If you know her so well, why haven't you found her?"

"How did- Where is she?" Andrew gritted getting agitated.

Midnight made a mock innocent face,"Why should I know where she is? I mean- Hmm... Tell you what... if you can keep up, I bet I could show you."

She didn't wait for an awnser, but simply took off. Andrew struggled to keep up. He was running so fast to keep up, that he hadn't even bothered to check where he was going. Once he lost her, he realized he was in the middle of the forest.

Whoosh. Whoosh. Whoosh.

"What the hell?" He shouted as three arrows flew by his head. A blur of someone flashed by.

"Go away," a girl shouts from the top of a nearby rock. The sun being directly behind, her face was hard to see, but he knew it was her.

"Skyler!" Andrew shouted.

The figure stepped down. It was Skyler, dress in a white crop top, white leggings that only reached her calve, and simple white ankle boots. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail, but her long luscious wavy hair blew in the wind. She was gorgeous. Andrew took a sharp breathe as he saw her.

"Go back to camp." She said coldly.

"But-" he paused, "No. Why did you leave camp?"

"I didn't leave. I just didn't go back. Now leave," Skyler replied, grabbing her arrows from the tree behind him.

Andrew moved foward, grabbing her wrist. "You're coming back."

She looked at him shocked, but the look quickly turned into a cold glare. She quickly kicked the back of his left knee, causing him to immediately fall. Andrew groaned, but kicked the back of Skyler's ankle, causing her to trip and land on top of him; her knees at his waist, and her arms at each sides of his head.

"Skyler. Don't go." He whispered calmly.

"What the fuck!" She huffed angrily, getting up. She had a slight limp in her leg, but no matter, she was walking away quickly.

Andrew got up quickly, running to get to her. He was going to reach for her shoulder, but she turned around, almost smacking him with her hair. She pushed her knee against his chest, causing him to hit a tree. She walked over to him, and placed her dagger at his throat.

"I told you to get back to camp!" She yelled. "Now leave me alone! I have to train."

"Train?" Andrew said flabbergasted, "You can train at camp! Why the-"

"Don't even. I'm not going back-"

"Yes you are!" He growled, grabbing her dagger, and switching their positions. "Here, If i can beat you in combat, you'll come back to camp, and if not, i'll leave you alone."

"Fine."

He backed off of her, dropping the dagger. She grabbed it and sheathed it. This was child's play for Skyler; she had down 1 year at camp half blood. Andrew took the first move, aiming to punch her, but she quickly dodged. Sky took her chance and punched his stomach.

"Don't go easy on me, water boy," She mocked.

He lunged for her, but she moved over, and ran. He ran after her, pulling out his knife, but she did a back flip off a tree, and landed behind him. She quickly used the hilt of her dagger, and knocked his back. He fell to the ground, frozen. She began walking away, satisfied with her victory. Until, she felt water hit the back of her hair.

She turned around angrily, "Did you seriously just throw water at me?"

"Well, I am water boy after all," he replied with a smile.

Andrew brought out more water, and threw it at her. Skyler was quick, and pulled herself onto a tree branch. She stood on top, jumped off, and landed behind Andrew. He turned around quickly, smirking. She kicked his chest, and then was on top of him, holding her dagger to his neck.

"Looks like I won Andrew," she said with a smirk. "I guess I was right. You really should just stick to water. And your friends spoke so highly of you... such a shame your not as tough as they said you were."

Andrew smiled. He grabbed the knife, and was then on top of her, with her hands pinned behind her back. Skyler looked a bit suprised. "I think you may need to check your self better. Looks like I won."

"I'm glad they were write," she smirked. She pulled a hand out from under her and grabbed her dagger, then slid from under him. She stood, dusting off, and laughed.

"What's so funny?" Andrew asked as he stood up.

She walked over to him and whispered, "The fact that you fell for their whole set up. Thanks for the training practice by the way."

He stood there utterly shocked as she just jogged off toward the camp. He thought to himself, She actually set me up? This whole thing was a joke? Dammit Skyler... You are gonna hate payback...
