"Bye mom. I'm leaving for work", Sam said.
"Ohh please Sam don't call it work. You're just a teenager.", Charissa said.
"Mom it's called excavation and please don't call me a teenager. It seems as if you are mocking me.", Sam replied.
"Ohh come on! Digging up our backyard doesn't mean excavation!", Charissa screamed.
"Mom I can't make out whatever you are saying, but Jamie and Ross are out with their fly boards and I am join them. Bye", Sam said.
Sam went with his mates to play around. Unlike other teenagers, he was always outside the house. He had a vivid imagination and believed that he could discover something great with his mind.
According to him, his house had something extra ordinary. His grandfather's dying statement said that his family was unique and their ancestors were the reason humans were alive today.
Sam was all set to find out and that's what he did. After playing around he went with his friends to his house's backyard or what he called his work place.
From last 4 months they have been digging a specific area of land in their backyard.
His father had gone missing when he was 5 years old and his mom is running the house since then.
Sam reached the area and started digging but it wasn't long after he felt something soft within his machine.
They went close and took out a collection of some things slices with the title journal.
They had never seen anything like that before. Sam had studied in history that many ages back people used to write with an ink tube called pen and they used slices called paper to write on.
It wasn't long before he realized that it was a book.
"This is insane!", Ross said.
"Yea! Sure as hell is", Jamie said.
Sam took the book and started reading and as they proceed a whole new world was opened in front of them.
