Alex stormed over and shoved Gabby off of me. “Stay off of Seamus!” she snarled. Gabby glared. “Who do you think you are?” she demanded. “I think I’m his girlfriend,” Alex snapped.
“Really? Because Seamus was with me first!” “Only for a cheap fuck.” “Shut up you bitch! He loves me.” “No, he loves me!” “He’s my man!” “He’s mine!”
They began a cat fight. I was kind of amused by this but realized I should probably stop it. I put the cigarette in my mouth to free my hands and shoved Gabby away from Alex.
“Go away,” I said coldly, blowing out smoke in her face. “You’ll be mine again Seamus,” she threatened. She gave a dirty look at Alex before storming out.
Alex turned to me. “You weren’t going to cheat were you?” I shook my head furiously. “No!” I assured and she smiled. I leaned in for a kiss, but she pulled away. I frowned. “Put it out,” she said sternly, eyeing my cigarette. “Aw Alex come on!” I whined. “Nope! That’s a terrible addiction.”
I sighed and put the cigarette out before kissing her deeply. We began to make out and fell back on my bed. She helped me pull off my shirt and reached for my skinny jeans.
“Seamus Anthony Fitzpatrick!”
We pulled away quickly and looked up at Lizzy. She was glaring at us. Alex blushed deep red. “We weren’t going to do anything!” I said defensively. Were we? No, I probably would’ve stopped her again. I knew she’d regret it when it was over.
“Not that you’re one to give the sex talk,” I grumbled, sitting up. Lizzy crossed her arms, glaring even harder at me. She sighed angrily. “I was going to ask you if you wanted anything from the store. But you know what? Fuck you.” She turned to leave. “I need another pack of cigarettes!” I said. She turned to face me. “Get them yourself.”
Lizzy slammed my bedroom door closed. “What’s wrong with you two?” Alex asked in confusion. I sighed as I hugged her to my bare chest. “Her boyfriend got her pregnant,” I said bitterly. “Oh,” Alex said awkwardly and I laughed softly.
“Never mind it. What do you want to do now?” She shrugged. “Whatever you want to do.” I shrugged right back at her. “I’m up for anything.” I paused. “Oh, what did you have to tell me? Why were you acting so weird in school?”
She bit her lip.
“I love you Seamus, I really do!” she pleaded. I sighed. “But you don’t want to lose your status around school. I understand.” I didn’t like it. But I could understand. “Gabby will tell everyone though. So I guess it doesn’t matter,” Alex said, looking into my eyes.
I kissed her and smiled. “Well, if anyone has a problem with it, I’ll just have to kick their ass.” She rolled her eyes and playfully punched my chest.
I grabbed her wrist and smirked, pulling her in closer. She giggled and ducked her head so that I couldn’t kiss her. “So I take it this means you’ll be my girlfriend?” I asked with a smirk. “Maybe,” she said jokingly and I rolled my eyes.
She gave me a quick kiss and we got up. I pulled my shirt back on and grabbed her hand. We walked down the stairs. Josh glared at me. “Where are you going?” he asked suspiciously. I shrugged. “Wherever my ungrateful ass feels like going,” I said, smirking and dragging Alex outside before slamming the door.
We got in the car and I turned on the music. My Alesana CD started playing The Murderer and Alex shifted uncomfortably with the screaming.
I mentally sighed and changed it to mainstream. That stupid song about being fly like a G6 came on. I hate mainstream. So, so much.
“Where are we going?” I asked with a smile. “Movies?” she suggested with a shrug. I nodded and we went to the movies. I was so awesomely cliché I even put my arm around her during it.
I drove her home when the movie was over. “You want to come inside?” she asked. I bit my lip nervously. “Your parents hate me. And you have a cat.” “Just for a little. I want them to know we’re dating,” she said with a small smile.
Sighing, I followed her inside.
Her dad looked up from his spot at the kitchen table. He gave a smile at Alex. “Hello Alex!” “Hi daddy!” She kissed his cheek. “Where’s mother?” “She’s out on a business trip for the week,” he said and she nodded.
Alex took a deep breath and smiled again. “Daddy, you remember Seamus,” she said. “Hello sir,” I said nervously. He nodded at me. “Hello.” Alex smiled wider. “We’re dating.”
His face turned bright red in anger.
He stood up and stepped in front of Alex, glaring at me. “No you two are damn well not!” he exploded. Alex and I gave him shocked looks. “I don’t want you anywhere near my daughter!”
I stuttered, trying to think of what to say. “I know your type. You’ll cheat on her,” he growled. True. I already had. But I probably shouldn’t mention that. “Get out of my house!” he roared and I looked at Alex. She held up her phone and I walked out of the house.
I’ll talk to him
I shut my phone and drove away towards Jer’s. He would have a drink. I got out and went inside. Mr. Reed brought me downstairs where Jer, Jay, and Cliff were chilling out on the couch smoking.
“Got a drink?” I asked. Jer nodded and tossed one at me. “What’s up?” he asked curiously. “Wanted to get fucked up,” I said with a shrug. I didn’t feel like explaining at the moment.
They got up and we set up beer bong. I played on Jer’s team. We lost, which I was sort of happy for as we drank their remaining cups of beer.
Maybe I’d feel better once I forgot everything.
