JINNYS POV

" hey Nate. " I greeted as he plonked down beside. On the other swing.

" hey blondy." he replied. " what's up?" he asked, concerned.

" Just, Kitty, it's killing me....... Again, that she is depressed, its even worse that it's my fault." I sighed.

" Listen, she'll get through it, and when she, you know... Dies, she'll come here and be your sister again, AND the council have changed the rules so you don't have to stay the same age as when ya died, but you can be the right age in comparison to loved one who you know passed. "

" Really thats kinda cool, still don't help Kitty does it." I said with regret.

" listen, she WILL be FINE! don't think otherwise, have some faith in your sister. And she'll come through."

" I suppose."

KITTY'S POV

" hey Chase." I said slipping into his room.

" Hey Kitty, what's up? " he replied enveloping me in a hug.

" you know stuff anyway I think we have powers class in a few minutes." I said, it was closely followed by battle and combat and at the moment I really need to kick someones ass.

" yeah we have come on.......,KYLE! IT'S POWERS CLASS, GET YOUR ASS OUT THE DOOR IN TWO MINUTES OR YOU'LL BE LATE!" he shouted to Kyle.

" come on." I said dragging him over the court yard to the powers building, when we reached it we sat in our usual seats next to Jay, Jet, Kyle and Katie.............but not Jinny.

" Hey sis' " said Jay and Jet in unison.

" hey guys, do you two feel like everyone else it watching you for signs of mental brakedown too? Or is it just me? " I asked. Everyone else was staring, pity, anxiousness, sincerity, and slight shock, filling each and every gaze.

" yup." they again said in unison.

" good, I'm not hallucinating then."

" RIGHT CLASS!" said miss, immediately silencing everyone. " today we will be working on controlling our powers, so can I have a volunteer, who can already control their powers well......urm an element would be best." said the teacher, me, Chase, Kyle and Katie all raised our hands, needing to do something, we havn't been to school for over two weeks, since Jinny........ Anyway, we havn't had any need to use out powers, this was the perfect opportunity. "OK you four." she said pointing to us.

We stood up and headed to the front of the class.

" Rignt I want all of you to take one of these." she said holding out a wooden weight that easily weighed a hundred kilos. We each took one and pit them in out hands.

" now all of you break, or otherwise, compromise the structure." huh well then.

I let fire take over my body, but I contaied it to my hand and arm, Chase soaked it, Kyle propelled it to the back wall whilst Katie made it grow up into a small cherry blossom tree. Everyone gasped. Ha. So fun to let the fire take over. Not fully but a releif all the same.

" ok so these students are good at controling their powers. How about the rest of you, as homework I wanted to work on controlling your powers. You are dismissed. " we all filled out and me and the gang headed towards defence and combat. My favourite lesson.

We headed to the large oak double doors and when we entered the class we were again met m

by stares. oh joy, note the sarcasm there please.

" SO CLASS, EVERYONE PAIR UP, in fact I'm gonna pick your pairs. " said sir.

" Jim, Kat, Tim, Tian, " the list went on until the only two left were me and a big brute names Kane, awesome, please say we're using powers, please, please, please!

" Today you are going to be fighting using our powers. " YES!

" get ready to loose, Kitty, dearest. " sneered Kane.

" Get ready to eat those words, Kaney wayney. " he ran at me, ok so super speed then, he ran around and around me, trying to suffercate the fire then, little did he know, that when ever he moved he just wafted more oxygen to me, chump, I released the fire, letting it take over, all my limbs tingled as the fire spread through m veins, I then completely let go I burst into flames, Kane began to overheat, he collapsed onto the floor. Everyone else was done, I was quite worried about Kane now.

" CHASE KYLE!" I shouted, they rushed over and immediately new what to do. Chase filled a bottle with water and Kane drank it, then Kyle made soft gusts of wind to cool Kane down, drama averted.

All in a days work.
