Chapter 34

Percy POV
Why hasn't Annabeth answered any of my texts? I hope she is ok. Oh no! what if she decided to stay and this is her way of dumping me... no she wouldn't do that. I got to stop worrying, she is coming home in about ten minutes and I feel anxious as ever.

I'm currently hanging out with Nico, we have been talking more ever since he told me his secret and can I just say I ship it. He plans on telling Annabeth later tonight. "Annabeth just texted me." Nico says while typing something back on his phone.

Texted? I check my phone for any messages but there is none. "Uh- what did she say?" I ask trying to play it cool but Nico raised his eyebrows and then rolls his eyes. "Hey we are pulling in, don't freak out when you see me."

"What does that mean?" Nico just shrugs and gets up . I follow him to the door where we wait for Annabeth. The door opens and Annabeth walks in with her blonde curls cascading around her.

I can only see the side of her because Nico is standing in the middle of the doorway. When he sees her his eyes widen but then turn into a squint when she hugs him. Although I can tell he really missed her.

Then Annabeth turns towards me and gives me a huge hug, but I'm to shocked to move. "Oh my god are you ok? What happened?" Her face was really beat up, but she still looked so beautiful I don't get how she does it.
I may have accidentally but not accidentally started a fight.... I won. :)
"Nice!" Nico high fives her with a small smile on his face. If she looks that bad I would hate to see the other girl. I let out a breath of relief and smile at her, I would kiss her but her jaw looks like an ugly bath bomb went off.

The reason I know that is because my mom took me to this store that had a bunch of them. I actually enjoyed it because I threw a bunch of them in a pot at once to see what would happen. It didn't turn out well and the store ladies did not appreciate it...

"When do the bruises go away?" Nico asked while getting a closer look.
Two more days!
"Will is going to have a field day with this!" He said with a happy glint in his eyes. That glint didn't go unnoticed by Annabeth. Nico walked out of the room and in to the kitchen.

"Soooo, my texts..." Annabeth's eyes seemed to go a lighter shade of grey and she started writing in her white board.
Phone got take away. When I got it back there was so many I thought it would be better for you to just explain it to me. Your cute when your worried though.

I blushed, It's true I texted her a ton and a lot of them were me asking if she was ok and worrying about her. "Oh yeah I wanted to tell you I have decided on what we should be for Halloween!"

Annabeth gave me a head nod that I assume meant to continue. "Wizards! From the Harry Potter books/movies!" She gave as big of a smile as she could and nodded her head.

We sat down on the couch and she laid her head on my shoulder. I kissed her forehead and cheek lightly. I missed her so much it was like I lost part of me when she left. "I love you." I whisper into her ear as I gently push a strand of her hair behind her ears.
I love you too <3
She wrote on her white board and nuzzled her head into the crook of my neck. "Enough with the love fest I just ate." Annabeth and I laughed, well her laugh turned into more of a groan of pain.

"I need to talk to you Annie." Nico said and walked straight for his room. I got up from the couch after Annabeth and she turned to walk to Nico's room. All the sudden she turned around and gave me another hug, I kissed her softly on the lips and left.

A/n: short chapter hope you like! What is Nico's secret? Everybody probably already knows... oh well that will 'come out' next chapter. Hahaha! That was a really bad joke... thx for reading!
