When I stepped outside I was immediately blinded by the light. There was grass everywhere, which I did not expect. It was very similar to earth except the grass was blue and the clouds were pink. The sky was a normal blue though just like on earth.
The trees were super tall but they were spaced widely apart. There was a animal grazing but it looked nothing like what was on earth. It had the body and of a deer the main of a lion and a sleek black coat.
“what is that?” I asked Demetri.
“ you mean the Ravel ” he said looking at the weird animal
“don't look at it too long, it might charge.”
As soon as he said that I turned my head the other way.
He went back into the dirk and then came back in the car he kidnapped me with.
“get in” he said, then the door flew open. I figured since we were on his planet it was too late to fight now.
We got in the car and he drove us to a place similar to the beach the water was a normal blue like ours and the sand was a normal sandy colour. But there were sparkly rocks in the sand, like diamonds. I was in awe.
I kept picking them up and stuffing them in my pocket. When I get home I'm gonna be rich.
“what are you doing” I was startled out of my evil laugh by Captain Demetri my ever present mood killer.
“ just planning what to do with all my riches”
I replied while shoving down the diamonds in my pocket to make room for more.
“ whatever, I called my friend so until he gets here we just wait.”
“ why did you call him” I really wanted to know. I mean this is his planet it's not like he needs a tour guide.
“ he's my bodyguard ”
“ what you need a bodyguard for?”
I asked
“ this is a dangerous place earthling.
This is Nebula ”
“ I know that name but I don't know it as a planet”
“ yes you know it as a cloud or gas in space ”he said
“ and it is. It covers planets that the residents don't want to be discovered ”
“ why wouldn't they want to be discovered. They can make friends with other planets and have a trade system going”
“ Trade would be good, but hiding is better. There are other planets with species that eat each other and viruses that can wipe out a race in an hour. Plants that eat you and many other monstrosities that you should pray you never encounter.
But the worst is planet karst where the hunters reside. They search for special people who-”
“Demetri. I'm here ”
Someone shouted interrupting Demetri.
I looked where the voice was coming from and there stood a a giant. My mouth fell open.
