I told her my plan. I explained to her how my father was tired of her misbehaving and he was considering getting rid of her sooner than planned. That wasn't a lie – that was the truth. He is planning on killing Reign. I don't know when or how. But if I know one thing about my father, it's this: when he gets bored, he's ready to kill.
It's almost five, which means he'll be home from work any minute. I couldn't have risked it earlier. I didn't have the supplies ready. My mental state wasn't even ready. But once I talked it through with Reign, we decided what we have to do.
