Maybe this wasn't the best idea.

What was I thinking? No sane human being decides to drive several of miles in the middle of a snowstorm, a God damn blizzard.

It is already seven pm and I am stuck on the side of a road. I have tried to call someone, anyone at all, but there is no service. Luckily for me the air-condition is working for the moment, keeping the car warm. I also brought enough food and water for a whole day, so that won't be a problem.

And mom says I don't need extra food in the car. Ha!

My plan was actually to drive to my parents' place and celebrate Christmas with them, but of course the universe isn't very fond of me.

I had been driving for almost an hour when my car hit something - probably a lump of snow - and it went spinning into a huge load of white turd. So now I am alone, freaking out, without any signal on my phone. How could I be so bloody stupid?

"Come on, come on," I mutter and lift my phone in every direction, trying to get something.

I don't know how long I've been just waving my phone in the air, but soon I give up.

This is it. I am going to die, alone in a car, because a snowstorm decided to come crashing by.

I lean back into the seat and hit the steering wheel aggressively. It just had to happen to me. My eyes closes slowly and I breathe in heavily to calm the prickering nerves in me.

After an hour and the time reach eight pm I give up on trying to get some sleep. This just won't work. I decide to do something, and that something is probably more stupid than what I've already done.

Picking up my phone again, I open the car door and head out. If there isn't any signal here I will just have to go out and find it myself.

The piercing wind hits my body in a hard force, snow whipping in my face as I open the door. There must be something out here. I close the door to my car and start walking down the road, hoping that I might get anything.

My legs is cold already after a few steps. The snow is crawling onto my skin like burning needles, and I have to bite my hand to keep me from thinking about the unsetling feeling.

After a few minutes of walking I am on the verge of giving up, because in this storm I don't even know if I managed to take a single step.

Just as I am about to turn around I see a flicker of a movement in the corner of my eye. My head snaps to my left and I narrow my eyes, trying to see through the thick snow.

The movement comes closer; I think it's a person. What is a person doing here?

Good question, now what are you doing here? Oh, shut up.

I start running as fast as I can towards it, which is not fast at all in this weather.

"Hello!" I shout on the top of my lungs.

The person doesn't move, he just stands there. At least I think it is a he, because if that is a woman she must be quite the muscular one.

I reach him and try to see his features, but the harsh wind is making snowflakes storm into my eyes and I must blink rapidly.

"Hey, could you help me? My car got-woah are you alright?  You seem a little pale," I almost shout over the sound of the wind.

"Help," the man mutters before falling straight ahead, and that would be on me.
