Chapter 15

~Lia's P.O.V~

I've had good sleep for the past few days since I had that dream when Ashleynn spent the night. It's Wednesday 6:30 in the morning  and I'm making eggs and toast with bacon for Isaac and I when my ringtone goes off. "Ooh, cause youu neeeed needed me-" I answered the phone without looking at caller id first.

"Heyy chick" I hear Ashleynn's voice on other side of the phone say. "What's up girly" I said while using the spatula to pick the bacon up out of the frying pan. "Oh nothing much but, I was wondering if you could take me to school today?" She asks sounding a bit nervous.

"Sure thing what time do you want me to pick you up?" I ask fixing a couple of plates of food. "Well, seeing as I'm standing at your front door I'd say you wouldn't have to." She says then giggles a little. My eye go wide when I open the front door to see her standing there with a big smile.

She hangs up the phone and waves "hey, sorry for the unexpected visit but, I woke up this morning and Josh was gone with the car so I just walked to your house and asked for a ride hoping you'd say yes." She said as I let her in. "Wow! How far did you walk?" I asked out if curiosity. "Probably about five minutes. I live like literally five or six houses down from you guys." She says then sniffs the air.

"Is that bacon I smell?" She says walking towards the kitchen. "Yeah you want some?" I asked getting a plate out of the cabinet. "Duh who wouldn't want bacon." She says tapping the counter with excitement. Good thing I decided to make extra. I put everything on the plate.

As soon as I put the plate down. She grabs the fork beside her and dives into the plate. She takes a bite with wide eyes then swallows. "Damn girl! What are you a magic chef?!" She yells at the same time Isaac comes down the steps in his footie pajamas and a flash light.

He jumps down the last step and looks around with the flashlight ready to swing. "What are you doing?" I ask with a small giggle. "I heard yelling." He says putting the flashlight down.

I look over at Ashleynn and she's trying her best not to laugh. He comes and sits at the island not noticing Ashleynn was here. She lets out a small laugh causing Isaac to look at her. Finally noticing she was here he blushes a little then completely turns to her and grabs her hand.

She stops laughing almost instantly and looks at him with a little blush. "Hey Ashleynn I was wondering maybe Friday we could go see a movie or something?" Isaac says nervously. "Isaac Jennings are you asking me out on a date?" Ashleynn says teasingly. He nods his head instantly. Ashleynn uses her other hand and grabs the glass of water next to her plate and takes a small sip. I giggle under my breath a little bit. She's torturing the poor guy.

Once she swallows the sip she turns back around to face him. "Well in that case, yes I'll go with you." She says giving a wide smile. She grabs her phone and looks at the time. "Hey Lia do you think we could get to the school a little early I need to talk with one of my teachers?" She asks. "Yeah come on." I said grabbing my book bag and purse.

She grabs her bag and heads for the garage. "Bye Isaac." we say at the same time. Once we get to the school there is a few cars in the parking lot but not many. I check my phone for the time. 7:25?!?!?! What kind of teacher does she need to talk to this early?! I shrug my shoulders, oh well we  are already here. We walk into the school, and there's enough people here to fill the halls.

Out of nowhere a random girl comes up to me. "Hey your Lia right?" I nodded my head. She handed me a piece of paper with a drawn rose on it and there was a message written on the bottom.

Cemetery 101........ wait! I have that class with Nathan.
