Here is an Imagine that I made for myself. This may also be used as an example of my writing. :)

*Warning Sad Ending*

It was the night that Jane was looking forward to.

She hasn't seen Lex in four months since he left to travel for business. During this time, she was training with her older brother Bruce Wayne in order to persuade him that she was ready to become his side kick.

Jane knew of her older brother's secret. She in fact helped keep it hidden. But even though she was getting stronger, she knew that she would never be good enough to be the next Robin. She seen Robin as her family and was heartbroken when she heard the news that he was dead.

But tonight was the night to be happy. Bruce Wayne had invited Lex to come to their manor for a dinner party. Of course, Bruce was insistent that the paparazzi should be invited as well. But Jane wasn't stupid, this meant that the guests would be staying all night, causing a larger mess for poor Alfred.

Bruce helped his sister pick out the perfect dress that suited her. It was (Y/F/C) that rested up to her ankles. It suited her fair skin and light brown hair curls that loosely dangled on her shoulders. She was beautiful and no one could deny it.

When the two descended down the stairs, all of the guest's were formally dressed and had their eyes on Bruce and Jane Wayne, the surviving members of the wealthy Wayne family. They stared in wonder as Jane gave a wide smile. Camera's flashed around them and it annoyed her very much. But she learned to hide it well. She kept her head in place, but her dark eyes scanned the area, looking for Lex.

Then she found them.

His dark eyes were looking straight back at her as his golden brown locks hid his well defined face. In his hands was a drink. He didn't hesitate but approach his girlfriend that he hadn't seen in months. Bruce, as well as everyone else couldn't help but notice that the two were helplessly in love.

"Look's like you found him already." Bruce whispered in Jane's ear. She couldn't help but grin wider from the comment.

Lex was at the stairwell by the time that Jane took the last step. He wrapped his boney hand's into her soft, cold ones. She held onto it tightly as Bruce took a step back from them. The couple had the entire ball room with their eyes on them. Lex lifted Jane's hand to his lips.

"Miss. Wayne." He said softly pulling her closer into his body. Heat of the romance spread throughout the entire room. The photographers snapped photo's with the couple having their eyes looking into eachother's. Bruce couldn't help but smile widely at the sight of seeing his sister happy.

"Mr. Luther.." Jane responds to him. She could feel her heart flutter inside as she noticed that Lex's eyes twinkled with excitement and happiness. But with his eyes, she could tell that he was slightly nervous about something.

"On the day we met, it was in the most strange of circumstances. You were in a psychology lab in Metropolis . I was your supervisor since I was trying to get my final credit." His eyes looked down to his pockets before speaking again. " Little did I know that you were going to be the smartest and prettiest girl that I would ever meet. "

As the audience focused on the situation, Lex let go of her hand as he reached for something in his pocket. There was gasps all around them and Bruce gave his sister a small nudge. Jane's anxiety gotten worse as she was trying to focus on Lex not what was more than likely going to be in his pocket. She hoped that it was a ring, but on the other hand she could only be imagining things.

But Jane's suspicions were true. He went down on one knee then brought out a golden box. She felt the butterflies begin to spread their wings and attack her stomach.

"Jane Lilly Wayne, will you marry me?" He asked . The whisperings around the entire room were intense as they were telling her to say yes. Jane had this all figured out, Bruce planned this party for Lex and her engagement. Those voices didn't influence her decision at all. She knew what she was going to say if the question ever did pop up.

"I do..." Jane responded. Lex looked up to her and quickly placed the large diamond ring on her finger before smiling widely moments before pulling her in for a kiss. The room roared in cheers as Bruce Wayne roared.

"The Future Mrs. Luthor everyone!"

Fate:

Jane and Lex got married in Metropolis. Their first few months went smoothly, but during the events of Batman VS Superman, things got bumpy for them. Lex gotten obsessed with Superman, causing him to grow cold and distant from his wife. She left him for a break and returned home to become Robin. Bruce Wayne refuses for her help during the dispute between Superman and him.

She begins looking for the Joker on her own and eventually finds him. He was prepared for her and tortured her with whips and bullets. He made her want to die, but somehow Jane kept strong. Bruce was lucky enough to save her before the Joker could put a bullet through her head.

Lex begins to realise that Jane is a necessary asset to take down Superman and Batman. He decides to abduct and question his own wife. Since she was seen as a beauty, he didn't see any harm of putting some kryptonite into her bloodstream in order to make her talk.

Her husband kept her by his side until the very end. He kept on a gun on her head at all times, even when Superman and Lex made the deal. She was saved however, but not from the horrible ending for a once perfect couple.

Thanks to Lex, Jane's hair is bright green and she is immune to all diseases. Many see it as a gift but to her, it's a curse that she cant run away from. Whenever she see's herself in the mirror, she now see's her and Lex on their wedding day.

Lex is now in Arkham Asylum, regretting his actions towards his wife. He wants to make up to her for hurting her. But Bruce makes sure that Jane  will never see him again.

Or so they think....
