There was a slight shift in atmosphere over the course of the weeks following Yoongi and Hoseok's late night conversation.

The shift was created by Jungkook. Jungkook no longer knew how to handle Yoongi. For some reason just the way Yoongi's voice sounded when he had been talking to Hoseok that night sounded so concerned. Concern that Jungkook knew could only come from love.

Every time Yoongi and Hoseok were together Jungkook wanted to interfere, wanted to get up and nudge Yoongi aside. He wanted to but he couldn't, because Jungkook knew he was being childish.

But Jungkook holding this in created tension. Tension built on sharp glares, shoulder shoves, cocked eyebrows, the lack of a sincere tone of voice. Yoongi had a vague idea of what was going on in Jungkook's head and in more light hearted circumstances he would have liked to mess around with him a bit.

But this tension was getting heavier, thicker it was growing past just the two of them and onto everyone else. Hoseok being the only exception.
