Hoseok's original plan had been to not talk to Jungkook all day until the evening arrived and he would see him in person. That way there would be more emotion put into what Hoseok was saying or at least that's what he thought but Hoseok knew pretty much nothing about romance.

But then Jungkook had texted him asking where he was and Hoseok convinced himself it wasn't really talking it was texting. After a while though Jungkook had stopped responding and that left Hoseok alone on the roof until Namjoon and Taehyung had swung by.

Now it was almost three o'clock and Hoseok just wanted some form of Jungkook to be with him. Since the texting route had failed he decided it would be best to just call Jungkook, he told himself the call wouldn't be very long but he knew that was a lie.

Jungkook picked up the phone with a simple hello.

"Hi Jungkook."

Hoseok dragged out the "hi" a bit and his voice came out light and breathy and it made Jungkook's face flush with hints of pink because no one else in existence could say his name like that.
