He paused a minute, frustration evident and started to repeat himself. But that wasn't the part I cared about. "Your girl?" He grinned like he already knew he'd won. "Yeah my girl. My girlfriend, my old lady. You're missing the point here: your MINE. And I'll be damned if I'm going to let you work the bar when there's other places your skills can be used.
