Yay! Finished my first semester of my bachelors program and I'm officially on break. Fingers crossed that means I'll have a lot more updates! Still kinda in shock that I have 4K Views.... So big Thanks to every one of you  for reading! Truly it means a lot. Don't be afraid to leave comments etc. they really help my writing process!

***SORRY Guys apparently the story published without saving my work soooo I had to rewrite it. Not as great or as long as the original but it's hard to backtrack when my brain is on a warpath of writing but I felt I had to add something so that it's not completely lost. After every things done and finished I'll probably go back and rework it some more! Thanks for reading!

Haven

The last two hours have been torture. I've been on a bike before...hell I knew how to drive a bike, something that Wag made sure I knew how to do but I had never made a four hour trip in two. Hazard finally slowed down as we drew closer to the busy traffic areas, but that only meant he was going 20 over the speed limit instead of 40. Which meant I still stayed plastered to his backside the entire time. I'll be surprised if he has any circulation left in his body by the we get to the clubhouse with the way my legs and arms are squeezing his. Not to mention me almost killing us when he took his hand off the handle bar to rub my arm. I'm sure it was meant to reassure me I'd be ok but it only reassured me that at this speed dying was probable if we wrecked. Once I emerged out of the damn lusty haze I had found myself in the panic set in. I knew the kids would be freaking out and who knows how Punchy would handle a change of location especially without me there. He had flashbacks sometimes so I wasn't sure that a biker bar surrounded by men who look a lot like the type of men that shot him would result in any positive reactions. When we finally pulled up to the compound as Hazard called it I noticed it wasn't like the stereotypical biker MC clubhouses. There were two large warehouses, two stories tall with a breezeway connecting the two upper floors. The gates and cameras, along with the high quality bikes that were parked in the lot were all signs of the income that Devils Blood brought in. No doubt some illegal but honestly that was none of my business. I owed a lot to Wag and by association this club. I'm sure it's what paid for my home and safety for the last four years. Hazard might not understand that but I was loyal. I may not be apart of Devils Blood but I would help them in whatever way I could. For Wag if nothing else. Although I knew the other big reason was because of the man in front of me. He was perfectly at ease on the bike no matter what speed we seemed to be traveling. Although the closer we got to the compound the more tense and rigid he seemed to become. We hadn't really discussed anything this morning, not that I was complaining. The last thing I wanted to talk about was my past. I knew I would have to talk with Hazard but I also didn't want him viewing me differently. I spotted two men propped up against expensive set of black and chrome. The one I was familiar with. I had met Dante when we were waiting on Hazard at the motel. From the look on his face it didn't seem like his chilling personality had changed much since I saw him last. Still emotionless and cold apparently. My legs felt like jello as I climbed off the bike, although Hazard helped me it wasn't with any sort of affection or attention I would usually expect out of him. Not even a crude comment from him. Odd but I refrained from commenting. "I would ask what took you so long but I completely understand looking at her," said the other man. I didn't hide my distaste for his comment. Although I expected Hazard to say something, he didn't instead he introduced me to the round jelly bean of a man standing before me. "Haven, this is Hog. He was Pop's VP and now serves as the clubs advisor. I believe you know Dante." "Yes. Sorry, but I need to check in with my kids and Punchy. Where are they? I'm not sure how Punchy will handle being in this environment. He..." "There are settled in. Lucy is seeing to them. Punchy is with the kids, settled." Something about the situation felt off. Why wouldn't the kids be here to greet us. I turned to Hazard and froze. He wasn't the man that I had gotten to know the past few weeks. This wasn't even the same man that I was with this morning. "What the fuck Hazard? WHERE THE HELL ARE MY KIDS??" "You'll see them directly Haven." It was then I understood. I shoved him hard. Although he avoided my right hook as I was grabbed from behind I still managed to kick him in the shin. And elbow the guy who held me from behind. Hazard the pain in the ass that I given in to was gone....this was the President of the Devil's Blood MC. Cold, hard and unfeeling.

Hazard

I sat at the bar trying to down a beer. She would never forgive me for this. Fuck. It had to be done. She was an outsider and had connections to the cartel. This was the only way anyone of the brothers was going to believe her. "We're ready Prez." Dante said as he came into the room. I put my head down. I didn't want to put her through this but it was unavoidable. I had to do what was best for my club and I had to prove to them Haven was one of us. Sure she wasn't a member but Pop had treated her like family. "Fuck. Let's get this over with."
