Time and Water (Haikyuu! X Reader)

A too short Hinata... I mean... night

(Y/n)'s point of view:

It wasn't too long after that, that we decided to head back to the house. I got the quiet ones on the drive back. Kenma by my side again, Suga sat in the back with Akaashi and Tsukishima. Kenma's playing Pokémon on his PSP and was currently in a gym battle. Smiling to myself, I started to sing; quietly enough so only Kenma heard me.

"I wanna be the very best...like no one ever was..."

I saw Kenma glance at me peripherally, and I continued; the small smile still apparent on my face.

"To catch them is my real test... to train them is my causeeee...."

"I wanna travel across the land... Searching far and wide..."

I glanced at him and his lips twitched up into a small smile as he sang.

"Each Pokémon to understand... the power that's inside..."

It grew quiet between us for a short moment.

"Pokémon! Gotta catch em all..." I hummed.

"It's you and me..." he sang.

"Pokémon! I know it's our destiny!" we united.

"Pokémon! Ya~ you're my best friend, in a world, we must defend!"

"Gotta catch em all... Pokémon!"

We finished our little moment as soon as I pulled into a parking spot next to my house.

I held back a laugh a full laugh and settled for a short, giggling fit. He stared at me for a while before letting out a small chuckle. After a little while longer, we followed everyone into the house. We walked into the living room and I plopped myself down onto the couch in between Kageyama and Kenma.

"Alright!" I clapped my hands which caused everyone to look at me.

"I have something for you all."

Everyone grew excited but Iwaizumi who was sitting by my legs looked up at me.

"But you've already given us so much... And now you're giving us more?"

I smiled and hugged his head to my chest and laid my cheek on the top of his head.

'Damn he really is tall...'

"Well... These are necessities, so it just comes along with everything."

He sighed and I kissed the top of his head affectionately; he blushed darkly and I clapped my hands again.

"Noah!" I called out.

He peeked his head from the kitchen. "Yes, my lady?"

"Bring me the things for them."

He nodded and disappeared.

"Okay. So, a few things for school tomorrow, any questions?"

Suga raised his hand, kind of sheepishly.

"Suga?" He put his hand down when I called him.

"How do classes work in this world?"

I thought about it for a long moment.

"There are seven hours, not including lunch. After each hour, you go to a different classroom for a different class with a different teacher for a different subject. You are all different years, but there is a high chance you will run into each other a lot."

I gave them a cute smile and relaxed against Kageyama while playing with Iwai's hair.

"My lady?"
