Time and Water (Haikyuu! X Reader)

Third period pt. 1

(Y/n)'s point of view:

It was finally time.

The most grueling punishments in training prepared me for this moment. Every day during the week. For a whole hour.

Geez.

I sound like I'm going off to war to fight Titans or even Giants. Although I guess going against the upcoming "second generation" of the Tiny Giant doesn't count.

Mimi and I walked into the girl's locker room, to find the majority of the girls either tying their volleyball shoes or fixing their hair. A room full of intimidating players who are low-key giant nerds and otakus in their finest. Of course, no one knew that side of them except for the team.

The chatter stopped abruptly when we walked in and the six girls greeted us with a smile. I glanced over everyone to see them in their practice uniform of black spank shorts and a white Dri-Fit tank top with their black team number on the front and back. All except the libero whose shirt was black and the number was white.

"Good morning, girls" I smiled.

"Good morning, Capitan!" Some said more enthusiastically than others.

I walked over to my locker and spun the combination in. I changed out of my school uniform and into the standard black Spanx, but my shirt was an emerald green Dri-Fit tank top with the white number one. Since I am Captain after all.

I braided my hair back to a dutch braid, letting the long tail rap over my left shoulder and rest against the underline of my sports bra.

"Captian,"

I turned and flushed at the fond look on Winter's face.

"You're too pretty, Winter."

She giggles and I took my shoes out of my locker before shutting it.

"So, you have to tell us about these characters you got enrolled in our school."

My heartbeat quickened and I freaked.

"How did you know they are characters? You haven't even met them yet, and I thought it would be a great dramatic tale to tell, with an amazing score, that could win an Academy Award! All about a girl who somehow managed to bring anime characters into the real world and enroll them in their school and allow them to live with her!"

The entirety of the team stared at me in shock.

"I just meant for you to tell us about their personalities..."

I blanked."Of course, you did."

Mimi busted out laughing.

"Nice going Cap."

"Urusai Mimi." I groaned and knock my head against the locker. Arina is the first one to snap out of shock.

"What do you mean you got Anime characters into the real world?"

"You all know Haikyuu... Hinata, Kageyama, Daichi, Suga, Tsukishima, Yamaguchi, Bokuto, Akaashi, Kenma, Kuroo, Oikawa, and Iwaizumi?"

"Yes!" They all confirmed except for Mimi who was still snickering.

I gave them a goofy derp face.

*Spongebob's a few very long moments later*

"WHAT??!!!!"

I, along with Mimi laughed incredibly hard. I attempted many times to catch my breath and talk to them, only to sound like a gasping fish.

"Mimi! You knew?!" Elizabeth turned on her sister.
