How is it that people can be so different, but so similar?
One person can go cliff diving with a friend, and then go partying later with another friend. They can wake up to infinite messages and have plans for everyday. They can eat whatever they want and not care while they're out on a date with someone they don't really know. They can do whatever they want.
While
Another person sleeps in until noon, and then watches movies for the rest of the rainy day. They aren't busy every calendar day and refuse to eat meat. They hate driving at night because it's so silent and they're easily hypnotized by the traffic lights and the street lamps being the only thing brightening up the dark world.
But then
They both go to their bed, and they lay in silence for awhile. Their minds drift to endless thoughts that keep them up later than they would have liked. They think about their friends, and their family, and how the future is limitless. They think about how many billions of people are in the world, and which one of them is suppose to be the one they spend the rest of their lives with, and if they'll even find them. They both think of how lonely they are no matter how many friends they have. They both cry themselves to sleep sometimes.
They're very different, but we're all the same at the end of the day.
