Tears had already filled in my eyes

There were crinkles as my smile formed

A laugh escaped my lips

I shook my head in a silly manner

As the tears fell I kept smiling

I paused before speaking

Taking in a breath before I continued,

"He is someone that I appreciate greatly and I can't express that enough."

My face was flushed with redness

At that point I didn't care

I only took another breath and then spoke,

"He doesn't realize it at all, how much he helped, but that's okay. He doesn't need to know."

Giving a slight laugh I put my head down

My face fell for a split second,

"He would probably just... brush it off anyway."
