One and Only

Part 3: Help

Ivys P.O.V

Later that night

She promised she would help me find Harley but not in the day time she only works at night. I stand in front of my apartment waiting for her to arrive. I see a black mercedes pull up infront of me and out she steps wearing a tight black cat suit and signature cat mask. "Hey Pamela" she says walking up to me "your late" I say showing her the time on my phone, she smirks and says "Traffic".  "Harley has been gone since 11:00 am apparenty you are good at tracking people down all I need from you is help finding her we clear?" She nods and says "crystal". "I know Harley has other friends right?" Selina says as we pace in front of my apartment, I scoff and say "I mean shes basically friends with everyone." Selina paces some more and says "who lives near here?" "I think Edward has a place three blocks down" I say, Selina nods and says "lets go then". We sit in the car in silence for a bit akwardly glancing at eachother. "look ivy i'm really sorry, I fucked up but that happened like two years ago can't you forgive me"? I scowl at her and say " how dare you bring that up. You know forgiveness is out of the question don't you?".

Flashback two years ago

"Pamela! You have to get here now, it's the Joker he has Harley and he has a gun he says hes going to kill her unless you come"Selina says on the phone with Ivy "what oh my god give me the adress now!" Ivy says becoming more nervous by the minute. "465 granfon Avenue" Selina says, Ivy hangs up the phone and jumps on her motercycle speeding to the address that Selina gave her. She walks into the warehous slowly ready to attack. She sees Selina and lets her gaurd down a bit "are you hurt where are they?" She says, Selina looks at her feet and says "i'm sorry" Ivy furrows her brow and gets prepaired to attack "Selina what did you do?" Selina looks at her and quickly takes out crowbar slamming it on Ivys head. Ivy hits the ground out cold. Three hours later Ivy wakes she groans as she clutches her head. She shakely stands up and stumbles out of the warehouse jumping on her motercycle she starts driving. Her vision gets blurry and she quickly losses control of the bike crashing into a tree.  she stumbles off of the bike and gets her plants to carry her home. She enters her house and notices that all of her paintings are gone. She quickly stumbles to her vault quickly noticing that all her money was gone, her legs buckle and she falls to the floor, she ignores the pain in her legs as she begins to sob. Ivy notices a letter on the ground, she grabs it a quickly reads it:

I'm so sorry Ivy I owe some bad people lots of money. I had no other choice I hope one day we can fix this.

Ivy begins to hyperventilate. She rips up the letter and throws it across the room. She then stands and punches the wall countinously until she bleeds.

End of flashback

"Were here" Selina says stopping the car. She opens her car door and steps out, I do the same making sure to watch Selina just in case she decides to try something."You know I mean it right? I really am sorry Pam" Selina says as we walk towards the green painted house "only my friends call me Pam" I mutter. As we walk closer I see a blonde person sitting on the curve closest to the green house, I begin to walk faster, I see the pink shirt on the blonde and I start running. Selina stays somewhat behind me, once I get closer I slowly walk towards her "Harley" I say she looks at me and says"i'm sorry R-Red" I cut her off by engulfing her in a hug "its ok Harl i'm here and i'm not going anywhere"I say holding on to her as if she could slip away at any moment. I stand up and then help Harley up to her feet, she smiles and then she notices Selina and her smile fades. Selina smiles at her and says "its been awhile Harley how are you?" Selina questions, Harley scoffs and says "can't you see the bruises Kitty?". Selina is caught off gaurd and says "I um yah Harley I see them". Harley scoffs and says "thank ya for helpin Red find me but i'm found so you can go now" Selina nods then looks at me and says "I really am sorry" before jumping in her car and zooming away into the night.
