Part 28: Love

Selinas P.O.V

I smile as I hold my baby in my arms its been a week since Harl and Pam have gotten back from their honeymoon and life couldn't be better. Jade is the best baby ever and no I'm not biased  just because I'm her mother, she is so fucking sweet she makes the cutest little noises and ughh I love her so much. I smile as Bruce puts his hands on my shoulders, "I am so happy" I whisper he smiles and says "yah me to" I then pick Jade up out of her crib and hold her to my chest, "she's perfect" I say Bruce laughs and says "yah she is just like you" I smile and turn around. I give Bruce a kiss and say "I cant believe we made her" he smiles and says "me neither" I look up at him and walk over to the couch he follows me and we sit down together.

Over at Harley and Ivy's place

Harleys P.O.V

I smile as Red plays with my hair "Red we need ta get up and you playing with my hair makes me not want ta get up" Red pouts and says "but I'm so comfy in bed with you" I giggle and say "come on Red we gotta start tha day and plus ya told me you wanted to look inta adoption clinics" Red sighs and says "fine ill get up" she sits up and throws her legs over the bed she then stands up and grabs my hands pulling me up. We walk inta the kitchen and grab some bowls, milk and cereal, I pour the milk inta each bowl and then the cereal, Red grabs some spoons and puts them in the bowls. Aftah we finish our breakfast Red pulls up her laptop and says "I don't even know the name of any adoption clinics in the area" I wrap my arm around her and say "I do, um look up tha Gotham City Children's place" Red starts to type she smiles when tha website pops up. We click on tha website and look at the instructions for adoption as we start ta read over tha instructions "fuck, it says no criminal record" Red says I move closer to the screen and notice it to "oh shit" I say, Red closes the laptop  and sighs " we are never going to get a baby" I give her a kiss on the cheek and say "we will Red I promise" she stands up and says "how Harl? because of our history we will never get one and you know I cant have kids because i'm part plant" I stand up and say "I can have kids, or we could get a surrogate" she smiles at me and says "yah your right, I just it bugs me that I cant carry our child" I sigh and say "I get it Red but don't ya worry we will get a kid I promise". Afah a long day of doin absolutley nothin its time ta go to bed we curl on our bed and as I fall asleep I think about our soon ta be baby and the amazing life we are gonna have togetha.
