"You will never believe what actually just happened," Isaac says to Erica through the phone, typing at his keyboard. Isaac holds the phone between his shoulder and ear. "Honestly, I can't believe he actually did that."

"Maybe you should tell me what you're talking about so we can gossip together," Erica replies, typing at her own keyboard.

Their offices are right next to each other and they talk on the phone constantly. Neither get any work done. It's a miracle they haven't been fired yet.

"Oh right. You know Jason, yeah? Well he was subtweeting his ex and boy did she get mad. She was ranting like there was no tomorrow and even directed him!" Isaac explains.

"No way. Where can I jump on this drama bandwagon?" Erica says. A yelling came from outside both their offices. "You hear that?"

"Sure do. Checkin' it out," Isaac says, pushing himself away from his desk and opening his office door. Both Isaac and Erica are standing in their doorways watching the scene unfold.

"I told you never to walk your ass back in here. I don't even like you," Lydia yells at some strange guy who was standing in front of her.

"Girl, this is good. You better get this on video," Isaac says.

"Way ahead of you," Erica says. Isaac notices she ended the call and frowned. Erica looked over at him and shrugs her shoulders. "You wanted it filmed."

"But you said that you had a good time and you won't answer your phone or your emails," the guy says back to Lydia. Lydia crosses her arms.

"Ah, a hopeless love struck," Stiles says as he walks by Isaac and Erica. Stiles backs up when he sees Erica's phone out. "Derek's going to kill you."

"What is he? My boss?" Erica scoffs, looking around Stiles to see the ongoing drama.

"Actually he is," Stiles replies. Isaac raises his eyebrows and has a look on his face that says 'he told you' in the sassiest way. Stiles rolls his eyes and walks away across the open area to the other side. "Sup, Scotty. Staring at Isaac again?"

"What? No," Scott says, looking at Stiles with slightly pink cheeks. "I was, uh, looking at Lydia and that guy."

"She's over there," Stiles points to the right. "You were looking over there." Stiles points to the left at Isaac. Isaac feels eyes on him and sees both Stiles and Scott looking at him. He gives both of them a little wave before Derek walks up to him.

"And you're totally making love eyes at Derek," Scott retorts.

"Maybe I am. Maybe I'm not," Stiles says, shrugging his shoulders before unlocking his office door. His office is right next to Scott's but unlike Isaac and Erica, they both get a little work done. Even if it's only a paragraph.

"Well he's coming this way whether you say yes or no," Scott says, pushing off his doorway and standing upright. "Good morning Derek."

Derek nods at Scott and looks at Stiles. "You're late."

"I know. I was getting coffee and the café was packed and then the route I take to work was traffic jammed and then security stopped me because apparently they haven't seen me before," Stiles says, pushing open his door before turning around. "Sorry."

"Just tell me next time," Derek says before walking away. Derek gives Lydia a look before disappearing around the corner.

Stiles looks at Scott to see his mouth hanging open. Even Isaac and Erica, who quietly walked over to hear what was going on, had their mouths open.

"What?" Stiles asks, giving everyone a confused look. A quiet had settled over the floor, Derek having broken up the argument between Lydia and that guy.

"If I would've been late, he would've fired me," Isaac says. Stiles rolls his eyes.

"I doubt it. He hasn't fired you yet and you've almost set fire to the break room," Stiles says, turning back into his office.

Scott chuckles, saying he'll talk to Stiles later before Stiles shuts his door.

Erica sighs and walks past Jackson's open door. "Hey you wanna go-" Erica starts before Jackson cuts her off.

"No. Busy, busy, busy. Paper to write," Jackson says. Erica huffs and walks away, Jackson never goes out, at least with them, and he always uses work as an excuse.

An hour later, Stiles puts his head down on his desk and groans. "Why do I have to be the one to email the head of a different company about a dumb meeting," Stiles grumbles.

There's a knock on his door and he sits up, resting his head on his fist as the door opens with Derek walking in. Derek raises an eyebrow.

"Having trouble, Stilinski?" Derek asks.

"Can you write this email please? I don't know what to put into it," Stiles asks.

"Just this once," Derek replies. Stiles smiles gratefully, standing up from his chair and letting Derek sit in it. "Can you go get me a coffee? I haven't had my morning one and I feel like-"

"Death?" Stiles supplies and Derek nods. "Sure thing, boss. Be right back."

Stiles walks out of his office and sees Isaac staring at him with wide eyes. Stiles sighs, he's really getting tired of this.

"Yes Isaac?"

"Did you just get him to do your work?" Isaac asks and Stiles shrugs. "Either he so likes you or you are just a good manipulator but I don't see it. Too squishy. He definitely likes you."

"Yeah right," Stiles says. "Hey, do you like Scott?"

Instead of an answer, Stiles gets a blushing Isaac who refuses to look at him. Stiles smiles.

"Good he likes you too," Stiles says, grabbing Isaac's arm and dragging him in front of Scott's office. "Talk to him."

Stiles opens the door and pushes Isaac through. Scott looks up in surprise and Isaac gives a little wave. Scott looks over at Stiles who gives him a little wink before shutting the door.

Ten minutes later, Stiles comes back into the office with a coffee for Derek. Derek is leaning back against the chair with his hands folded behind his head.

"You're done?" Stiles asks in disbelief.

Derek nods. "What took you so long? I could've had a whole paper written by the time you got back," Derek says, taking the coffee from Stiles.

"Just some office gossip," Stiles replies.
