Orochimaru and Tsunade

"Those who break the rules are scum. But those who abandon their comrades are worse than scum."

I was smiling so wide. And if Kakashi was here, he'd be smiling as well.

"You did very well Rin. She's proven to be quite strong, and has the will of fire." Daichi had a look of disbelief that was soon exchanged for a smile.

"Good fight. You win." And with that, Daichi got up and walked away.

"Uh.. The winner of this fight is Sakura!" The crowds erupted into cheers. Ino was being held back by choji and Sai, who was directly behind her. She turned around and blushed. So did he. Ohh... Seems he has a crush on a certain blonde. I must've been staring at them with a creepy expression because Sai glared at me. I waved it off.

The rest of the exams went on. Naruto won, Shikamaru gave up and let Temari win because he was low on chakra. The hokage was impressed with that as well. And finally, Sasuke arrived, and after the grande entrance, Kakashi came up beside me.

"How was Sakura's fight?"

"Amazing. She quoted you, ya know."

"quoted me?"

"You know, comrades and scum." Kakashi smiled.

"Huh." We watched the fight as it quickly turned sour, and shukaku took over Gaaras body. And then a genjutsu was put over everyone.

"Shit! We gotta do something!" The kazekage looked over at the hokage and licked his lips. Orochimaru.

"Rin! Go help everyone! I'll stay here!" Mom yelled at me as the kazekage turned into orochimaru. There was a blast and the hokage was taken. A barrier was placed, keeping us from entering. Sasuke ran after Gaara by himself and needed backup. Mom stayed to keep an eye on the hokage, and sent us off. We rounded up a small team to go and help Sasuke. We sent Sakura, Naruto, and shikamaru. We stayed back and fought. I heard a crash and looked to see a giant snake terrorizing the rest of the village. I ran over to go and help. I got there just as it neared Sakura's house. I don't remember seeing Sakura's parents. I panicked and ran as fast as I could, but was still too late as the giant snake destroyed the house. I felt tears rise up as I ran. I duh through the rubble and saw a hand. Then a foot. And finally, a body. I turned my head and looked at that snake. I ran to it with my katana in hand. I mercilessly slaughtered the snake. I put my sword away and looked up to see a horrified Daichi.

"Rin?? Are you insane??"

"Ah yes. Yes I am dear brother." I said as a bunch of shinobi came to attack us.

"So you know, huh."

"Yup. Care to help me with these guys?"

"Hah. As if I'd let you do it alone!" We both smiled and grabbed our Katanas and attacked.

The fight was over. Orochimaru had his arms disabled, Gaara was changed, everyone in our village was fine. Well, except for the Hokage. He had to use the reaper seal to disable orochimaru's arms. And the price to pay was death. Sakura's parents were gone as well. We all were mourning the loss of our hokage, and Sakura was mourning her parents. Dressed in black, we all stood around in the rain for his funeral. Mom was holding Naruto close to her, for one of the people he looked up to was gone. I held Sakura close to myself. Her tears flowed out of her eyes and onto my shirt.

I held Sakura's hand as we went to my home. Quickly changing and then sitting on the couch, mom made some tea and gave some to everyone. I sat beside Sakura and gave her a hug. This was gonna be a rough while.
