I walk through the doors to the ball. Everything is decorated nicely. I can't recognise anyone since their masks hides their faces well. I try to take my mind off Yoshie by finding a girl to dance with. I see a girl sitting in the corner. Her short brown hair tucked neatly in a bun and a fancy drink placed beside her on a round table. I hold my hand out.
"Want to come dance?"
"I'd love to."
I spin her onto the dance floor. She's beautiful. How come I haven't seen her before? She's everything I've ever wanted. I forget about Yoshie completely. Haven't seen her all night. Probably for the best. I look up at my stunning dance partner. The light goes brighter and I can finally see her. She's wearing pretty blue heels, a long light-blue dress, and her mask...a butterfly.
