Nick's P.O.V
I was pretty surprised that Judy wanted to go to see my mom. But then again, she seemed to like mom. Over all, I was happy that Judy and me are going to see mom. In fact, I couldn't even be more happy!
"Great!" Judy claimed as she jumped off the couch and went to pack her bags. I already had my bags packed, so I walked into Judy's room.
Her room wasn't big, but wasn't too small either. I fit her really well. Personally, I would prefer a bigger room, but I don't live her, so. I leaned my shoulder on the frame of the doorway and watched Judy rush back and forth from her closet and her bed. Every so often, she would start to hop. I started to chuckle when she turned to see me.
"What's so funny?" She said in a play angry voice. I chuckled some more.
"Oh nothing. Just seeing a bunny hop is really cute and funny." I replied. She frowned.
"Don't call me cute." She said.
"I didn't say you were cute, I said hopping was cute. You're beautiful." I said. She walked over and hugged me.
"Someday we need to meet my parents." She said. That made me stop cold. Would they like me? Would they stereotype me because I'm a fox?
"Nick?" She asked.
"Yea, that'd be great sometime." I lied.
"Great! Now come help me pack." She said happily. I smiled and went over to help.
The rest of the day went well. We went out for lunch, and ordered pizza for dinner. Every so often my mind would pop up the same question.
Would my mom like Judy?
I'm scarred she won't like Judy knowing that Judy is a bunny. But, mom is really sweet and caring. I'm sure she'll like Judy. The pizza we ordered was pretty good. Looks like we'll be going to this place for pizza from now on.
I woke up to the sound of an alarm clock going off. I felt something in my arms. I looked down to see Judy laying there with me holding her. I smile and kissed her forehead. I got up carefully to make breakfast.
I decided to make pancakes. Blueberry for me, and carrot for Judy. Today was the day Judy finally got to meet mom. I was exited and scared. I started to get lost in my thoughts until I heard soft footsteps coming from the hall. Judy must've gotten up. She rubbed her eyes and yawned. She looked at me with surprise.
"You cook?" She asked.
"Yes. Yes I do. And I'm a good one, not to brag or anything." I chuckled.
"What are you making?" She asked.
"Blueberry and carrot pancakes." I said. She smiled at that.
"Great!" She said. I smiled at that.
My breakfast was better than I expected. Judy liked it so much, she gave me a kiss on my cheek. I smirked. She walked to her room.
She had an oversized shirt on for her pajamas and the back of her shirt stopped when it reached her tail. She wasn't wearing any pants underneath, so I could see her underwear. A slight smile came to my face.
About an hour later, we were packed up, and ready to go. I started the car and Judy got in.
"Ready?" I asked.
"Ready as I'll ever be." She said. I leaned over and kissed her.
The ride to the train station was short because her place was close to the train. When we got our bags and walked to the train. I held Judy's hand as we walked. While we were waiting for the train, I heard a little mammals voice.
"Mommy? Is that fox taking that bunny?" He asked. Me and Judy looked over to a rhino family. The mom snorted and pulled her child close.
"What are you looking at fox?" She said rudely. This was not gonna turn out well.
"Excuse me?" I asked.
"You heard me. And why are you kissing that bunny?" She said rudely again. I was started to get fed.
"She's my girlfriend. And I love her." I said back.
"An interspecies relationship? Ugh. We have some faggots over here!" She yelled attracting some attention.
"Are you SERIOUS?!?!" I yelled back. Judy started to pull at my sleeve. I looked down at her. She had a worried look on her face. That made me calm down. I turned around and looked at the train coming our way.
"I hope you die, you worthless fox!" She yelled. That set me off.
"What the FUCKING FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!!??!" I ran to her face and started to yell at her. My hair started to stand on end. My face became red with anger. My claws extended.
"You wanna go, you piece of shit??!??!" I screamed. People came over to see what was happening. I heard the train pull up, and I knew it was time to go. I walked into the train with Judy. I slumped on the bench and put my face in my paws. I was so disappointed in my self.
"I'm sorry Judy." I said.
"Oh Nick, it's okay. What she did was wrong." She said. I looked up.
"Thanks Judy." I said as she sat down next to me and payed her head on my shoulder. I laid my chin on her head, and soon, we drifted to sleep. I woke up to the sensation of the train stopping. I looked at the digital map to see we were in my hometown. I woke up Judy, and we got off. She yawned.
"So where's your moms place?" She asked curiously.
"Only about 5 minutes from here. Not far." I responded.
"Good. Cause I can't walk any farther." She said as she started to pant.
Once we reached my home, me and Judy smiled. I picked her up and ran to the door. I rung the doorbell.
"You ready?" I asked.
"Yep!" She said.
The door opened. But who opened it was not mom.
It was my father.
