Kraang Subprime crawled across the high-tech dashboard in the space base for the alien species. The sudden flush of readings on the board confused and angered him.

Kraang Prime floated into the room, fuming. "You said you were working on security!"

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but I found a strange reading from our allies!"

"Shredder?" She narrowed her eyes. "What is it?"

"It appears to be a portal reading. But it's not one that I've seen before!"

"Of all of our portals?"

"It doesn't match a single one. It's like it's a whole other... Multiverse."

"The reading is faint?"

"... Can't tell. It's not totally clear."

"Well then zoom in!"

He did so quickly.

"That is strange."

"See?"

"Yes I see!" She clocked him on the head with one of her tentacles.

"Sorry, ma'am."

"Can you contain the energy?"

"It's too far. I can record the data and we might be able to replicate it."

"Hurry."

"Yes ma'am."

He started a recording until the data ended and the portal closed on the other end of the line. Groups of Kraang got to creating and testing portals.

Suddenly there was a shout and a pink light flashed through the lab. Once Kraang Subprime's eyes adjusted he stared at the portal in awe. It was an oval shape, like a mirror.

"Perfect," Kraang prime said, coming up behind him. "A new dimension to claim- no a whole new multiverse!"

A collective evil laugh started quietly before turning into a sea of cackling.
