"Stupid Colonel!" The blonde exclaimed, growling, as he crossed his arms. The man with jet black hair cornered him against the desk. "Hm, what is it shorty?" He asked, smirking. The blonde glared at him. "SHUT UP! You're really annoying you know that?! I seriously hate you sometimes!" The room slowly shrouded in silence. The man was quiet. The blonde was quiet. After a few minutes of realization, golden orbs slowly widened. "Roy I-" He was cut off as the male shock his head. "Don't apologize." He said quietly, pulling the blonde into a hug. He added. The blonde nuzzled his head into the elder's chest. "I'm sorry...." He whispered, over and over again. The Colonel simply lifted the blonde by his chin, and gently kissed him. "It's alright Ed."

If I ever lose my temper and take an argument too far, please know I don't mean it

"Would you stop worrying so much dumbass?! I'll be fine on my own!" The blonde exclaimed. The Colonel looked at him. "Fullmetal, if I say this mission is too out of reach, and that you will need my help, then it's true." Came the reply. "Hell no! Says the guy who can't even use alchemy while it's raining! You're so useless, what's the point of getting your help?!" Was the blonde's retort. The male took a deep breath. "Edward, calm down for a few minutes, and think about it. Then come see me again okay?"

I'll always be loyal to you, so back me up when I need support

"Shhhh, it's okay love, you're okay." The Colonel cooed softly, cradling his blonde close to him. Mismatched arms gripped the male's shirt as the blonde's shoulders shook. "I can't do this anymore..." He cried. "I'm failing him Roy- god, I....I'm a horrible brother to him...!" He added, now practically sobbing. The raven haired male simply hugged the blonde closer to him, stroking the boy's hair. "That's not true Ed, that's not true at all...."

My auto mail doesn't make me invincible..so please, treat me like a human being

A hand was on his head, another wrapped around his waist. Dried remains of tears were lingering on his face. "I couldn't do a thing....to save her....." The man holding him frowned, shutting his eyes as he held him close. "I know.....don't blame yourself. So stop alright? I'm here for you..." Fresh tears formed in his eyes, and slowly slid down his cheeks, burying . Sobs escaped the blonde's mouth, and the dark haired man simply held him there, comforting his young lover.

Make it to the top, so that some day we can be together

"You better hurry up and become Fuhrer ya bastard. And then you better pass a law, and we better be getting married." The soft voice of the blonde headed teen said softly. It was morning, and the sun was bright. The male beside him let out a chuckle. "Don't worry, I'll make it to the top soon Ed. And then I'll happily make you my husband.", "Good."

If I find a lead, let me follow it, you know I have to follow it

"Are you sure about this?" Golden eyes burning with a familiar fire seemed to brighten. "Yeah, yeah, I'll be fine dumbass."

Say goodbye to me each time....the places I go are sometimes dangerous

"What are you doing here anyway?" He asked, looking at the taller male. "To kiss you goodbye. What do you think?" He replied, suddenly pulling the blonde close to him, wrapping his arms around him, kissing him. Said blonde wrapped his arms around him in reply, kissing back.

If something should happen to me...please look after Al. You're the only one I trust to keep him safe

"D-Damn!" The blonde cursed, running as fast as his legs would allow. His flesh hand covered over a heavily bleeding wound. Auto mail transmuted into a blade. He hadn't been paying attention, and was careless. "Dammit...! I need to get somewhere safe!"

Please don't blame yourself

He was cold. Colder than need be. Blood trailed from his neck down to his stomach. He lay, looking up at the sky, with empty golden eyes. 'Need....to get home....to....Roy....' His breathing slowed. 'Al....needs me......' Until it stopped. 'I love....you.....Roy.....'

He sat alone, no one beside him. He was just visiting for the day, looking at the sight in front of him with so much love in his eyes. "I finally did it....I'm finally Fuhrer......we can get married now." He said quietly. "We can finally have a life together." He continued. "Remember? We planned to live in a nicely sized house....one with green walls, and wooden floors. I remember we even went house hunting too....found the perfect one for the two of us. We asked the seller to hold it for us..." He felt himself stop. "Al misses you a lot. He found a way to get his body back..." He mumbled. "He's engaged to Winry actually. But don't tell him I told you, he might get mad." He felt himself beginning to choke up slightly. "I kept my promise. I never forgot you. Edward Elric, you've made me the happiest man alive. You're smile could brighten up thousands of rooms. You're determination inspired so many people. You've made such a wonderful impact everywhere. So.....I ask you this question with all of my heart. Edward, will you make me the happiest man alive, and marry me....?" He set a small red box on the dirt. Inside was a small silver ring. "I love you, so much Edward."
