Today was a bright sunny day. I had school today at Holden High school. Then I heard my mom yell from downstairs "HURRY YOUR GOING TO BE LATE FOR THE BUS IF YOU KEEP DRAGGING YOU FEET!"
I rushed to grab some blue Jeans and and blue hoddie over my white shirt, my favorite blue Nike shoes and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and fresh up. After that I glanced at my self my hair was a complete mess. I told myself "I'll fix it on my way on the bus." I ran out the door and got on the bus just when they were about to slam the door.
"Whew I made it in time" I thought to myself. 12 minutes later the bus came to a stoping point. The doors open with a squeaking sound that had let's us know the door was open. I had came off the bus, then I was heading off into the double doors in the side of the building. I was heading to my locker to get my school book to stuff in my backpack.
Then from somewere in the crowd I hear some one call my name "Jake! Jake! Over here." I had spun around and found out Jason my best friend was screaming my name. I had turned to him and said
" hey Jay." he came up and slaped me on my right shoulder blade saying " Man hey Jake have you seen the news today" I turned back to Jason and said "no why what happen."
he responded "the news reporter said that some country is going to nuke us." I had arched my eyebrow at him with both suprise and a non believing face. I told him "Jay calm down there nothing to worry about, its probably just threats to get our country afraid and on its knees.
By looking at you it's most likely working." He looked at me funny and said "Hahaha ya that's probably what it is"- RING! RING! RING! the bell cut in the conversation. He told me I will talk more about it at your house while we play the Xbox, I had told my parents and they're going to let yours know too." We had exchanged our byes.
After school and learning stuff my brain was completely fried. Soon Then bus finally drop me off at my house. There I had seen Jason waving at me. I spoke loudly so he can hear me
"Hey How you get here before me!" he ran inside inorgeing me. I walked inside then greeted my mom inside saying " I'm home ma." She said back
"Welcome home sweetheart." I hear Jason in the living room saying "mamma boy mamma boy in a mocking voice." I said to him to be quite you runt while I was glaring at him." he mumbled "fine."
I looked up at my mom she looked at me with amusement like she enjoyed that joke. I shook my head waltzed into the living room while we played Dead Rising. He started an conversation. when we had stopped play the game my mom wanted to watch the news.
We looked at it with her but couldn't help but to have another conversation about earlier then my ma had told us Shh! She said with a finger over her lips. Quite it was where the TV got turned up. I thought to myself, what is it about this news first it was with Jayson.
I started to get upset with it but then at the same time I was haveing an bad feeling about all this Comotion over this one news report . Usually most times it will be about car accidents or break ins but it felt as something more worse then that. But then the TV broke my train of thoughts as the news reporter said
