I've had depression for about 3 years and I just recently started to self hate! I constantly think im fat and a whore! I don't believe I deserve anyone or anything! I can't go swimming anymore because I believe im too ugly and fat to do that! You may say im just insecure, but believe me, its self hate!
You know you self hate and your not just insecure when you come so close to killing yourself just because you absolutly hate your guts!
