Distractors
Most of us has got one!
Its the thing you do instead of self harming or being depressed all day, etc.! Everybody has different oppinions on wheather distractors are good or bad depending on what it is! Im gonna be honest with you, I get drunk when im extremly depressed! I dont know if its good or bad!? But what i do know is that theres one thing that really pisses me off...If my parents are home i can't get drunk and it makes me go crazy!! To be honest, distractors are pretty amazing, but it just kinda adds up cause now your addicted to some form of self harm, and some type of distractor!
While your enjoying your distractor, your on top of the world! But when you can't, your back in a deeper whole!
