How the rest propose (Ring pop vers.)

Kaldur (Aqualad):

Kaldur was always full of surprises while you dated. It could have been homemade dinner, cuddles, dates at the beach, anything really and it always surprised you.

But this— this left you absolutely speechless. If that's what he wanted then bravo, he achieved it and some.

You stared wide mouth at Kaldur who stood in the middle of his freaking team with a ring pop in his hand. His face held no emotion, yet you could clearly see a faint blush on his cheeks.

You couldn't find the right emotion to show for this situation. You wanted to laugh because he's proposing with a ring pop! You wanted to 'aw' at the sight because he wanted to marry you! And you wanted to clap because he had the balls to purpose to you with a ring pop in front of his team. So some how, some way, you did all three.

When you stopped that weird reaction, you nodded your head with a huge smile on your face, hand extended. Kaldur cracks a smile and walks closer to you and gently grabs you hand and places the ring pop on your finger before bring you in for a hug, which you returned.

Kaldur leaned into your ear while hugging and whispered, "Don't worry. I already have the perfect ring for you." In which you squealed like a freaking fangirl.

Damian Wayne (5th Robin):

Honestly, Damian has no idea why he's doing this. It would have been less of an embarrassment if he proposed with a normal ring, but no, Dick had convinced him to propose with a ring pop. Damian should have seen this coming.

Now he's kneeled in front of you with a scowl on his face, hand extended with the ring pop all while being in the Wayne Manor's surrounded by friends and family.

This couldn't get any worst. But unfortunately it did.

Dick came out of the crowd and walked closer to the two with a camera in his hand. It was directed at Damian, while Dick snickered behind the camera.

"Smile for the picture, Damian!" He shouted before taking a picture of Damian glaring at the camera. Damian looked away from it and back up at you to see you with an amused expression of your face.

"This isn't funny." He scolded halfheartedly. You smiled at him, shrugging your shoulders. "I think it is." You teased.

He groaned, pushing the ring out further to you, "Please marry me, [Name]. I know this is a candy ring and this may seem like a joke, but I really love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you."

"Of course, I'll marry you."

Bart Allen (Impulse):

Bart could sometimes be real predictable, okay all the time— like now for example. He was currently on his knee in front of you outside of the store you legitimately just saw him go into minutes before.

Knowing Bart, you already knew he was going to do something silly when he came out with a ton of ring pops. And just like that, he did. He popped open a ring pop, dropped down on one knee, and grinned at you ever so perfectly.

It's been exactly 3 minutes since then and your stoic expression has not faltered.

"This is usually around the time you say yes." Bart said, still grinning. You struggled to surpass a snort, and gave him a look,"Where's the part where your suppose to ask?" You asked, ignoring his question.

Bart gasped and smacked his head, "Dammit, I forgot!" He then went back into standard proposal posture, smiling a little less. "[Name], will you marry me?" He asked, before adding, "Now you say, "Yes Bart I will marry you, my handsome soon to me husband"."

This time you actually snorted because he was just too cute and dorky for his own good, "Yes, I'll marry you."

"You forgot your other line!"

Garfield Mark "Gar" Logan (Beast boy):

Gar had it all planned out. He took you to this pizza joint which had veggie pizza, yum, and asked the workers if they can slip the ring pop on a bread stick when they brought it out.

He earned weird looks from them and some of disgust, thinking he's too cheap to buy a real ring, but did it anyway. He made sure it was the last thing they brought out.

When it was brought out, he looked at your reaction which held one of confusion. You were about to call the waiter back, but Gar stopped you.

"Wait!" He called to you, "There wasn't a mix up!"

This only confused you more.

He sighed, taking the ring pop off the bread and got up from his seat to get down on one knee, "Will you marry me?" He asked, smiling. You stared at him shocked before laughing. You nodded your head in response because needless to say, you were speechlessness.

Jaime Reyes (Blue beetle):

Jaime can feel a headache growing as he thought about every possible reaction from you if he showed you a ring pop for proposal.

You could flip your lid.

You could say no.

You could call him childish and walk away.

You could reject him and then tell him you didn't feel the same way anymore and that you were just playing along (Not true FYI).

All these are low, high and negative possibilities yet he did it anyway because Bart said to just go with it and trust him.

So when Jaime found you and showed you the ring, all doubt flew out the window as he saw a smile break out on your face.

"Omg yes!" You cheered, clapping your hands. This may or may not have been how you actually thought you were going to be proposed.

"Oh thank god." He breath before slipping the ring pop on your finger.

Roy Harper (Red arrow):

"This is stupid." Roy mumbled to himself as he paced back and forth in front of your door in the afternoon. He, Roy Harper, proposing to you with a damn ring pop? It doesn't sound as cute as people describe; it sounds cheap. But he's not cheap. He just doesn't have the money to pay for a real ring as of right now. You'll understand that, right?

He takes a deep breath and knocks on your door. He only waits a few minutes before you open the door still in your pjs.

He chuckles and raised a brow at you in question, "You do know it's afternoon, right?"

You roll your eyes at him before replying," I like to sleep in when I don't have plans. Anyway, wanna come in?"

"No. No... I'm good... I just wanted... Look... I just wanted to tell you that I really care about you, a lot and love you just as much. And I don't see myself with anyone else for a really, really long time. So, what I'm trying to say is..." He dropped down to one knee before taking the ring pop out.

"Will you marry me?... I know it's a ring pop, but–" He started to say. "You can't afford an actual ring at the moment." You finished for him.

"Yeah..."

You take the ring pop out of his hand and place it on your finger, admiring it in its tasty glory. "This looks way more delicious than a real ring." You brought it to your lips and gave it a lick before bending down to give Roy a peck on the lips. "I'll marry you even if there was no ring pop."
