Date: 29th August, 2016.

So #LarzayleaIsDeadParty was trending on Twitter yesterday and honestly I was so disappointed. I mean, yeah I know the fam doesn't like her (including me) but this is downright wrong. Hate her or not, nobody deserves this. We have dropped to a very low level, which shouldn't have happened.

#1YearofJetBlackHeart should've been trending but no, everyone was too busy tweeting about how happy they were that she was finally leaving. I don't like Arzaylea too but I have never sent her hate even if she is practically begging for it. Let's just leave her alone. She isn't worth it.

Sure, I'd be happy if they broke up but trending things like this is so shameful. What if Luke is actually happy with her and he actually loves her? This is so wrong.

Also did nobody think how would Luke feel if he saw this? He'd be so heartbroken and disgusted and disappointed. No wonder the boys don't open up anymore.

I know we just want Luke to be happy and he's been really sad and distant lately but has anyone thought that we may be the reason why. He hardly tweets anymore and just waves at fans. He used to stop and talk to them before.

Maybe Arzaylea didn't bring drama with her, we did this to ourselves. We created drama even when it wasn't needed.

2013 was so drama free where everyone was understanding because we knew about Ashton's self harming and Michael and Luke's insecurity and how people said that Calum could never make it big. I just want to go back to that time when it was just the boys and us.

This is really getting out of hand.

I'm sorry for the rant but I had to let it out and its a part of the reason I'm updating today.

"Believe in yourself."
- Calum Hood.

UNEDITED

The next day, Luke and Michael lay on his bed, close yet a little away. Michael had three sweater on and was bundled in five blankets yet somehow, he felt cold.

Not that it was his fault. Luke was incredibly cold that morning.

They both were on their backs, staring at the ceiling talking about the things that didn't really matter.

However, as one talked, the other listened carefully, taking in every word, every detail of the things that they spoke about. The topic didn't really matter but they wanted to remember.

They lay there in silence, Luke listening to Michael's heart beating.

"Y'know when I hugged you yesterday, it was more painful than the other time."

"Yeah?" Luke questioned.

"Yeah. It was like I could feel what you're feeling but along with something more than that."

"I'm listening." Luke flipped on his stomach and titled his head so that he could look at Michael.

"Like with every passing second, the pain intensified and I felt like I was burning alive."

"I'm sorry."

"No, don't be. All I'm saying is what is I can absorb what you're feeling?"

Luke made a voice of agreement in the back of his throat and thought it over. He didn't know what to think anymore or what was right or wrong.

Luke decided that he would feel as happy as possible around Michael so that all his best friend would feel is pure happiness.

He didn't want to be the reason why Michael cried or didn't want to cause him pain.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Luke decided, happy that his best friend could come up with theories so easily and all he could do is come up with absolutely nothing.

Their train of thoughts was cut short when Michael's phone rung.

"Hello?"

"Yeah, this is Michael Clifford."

"Um, no."

"I don't think that's a good idea."

Luke was getting frustrated that he couldn't hear the other end of the conversation and he waited impatiently as the older boy talked on the phone, hesitantly.

"I don't know. This could end up really badly." Michael wiped his sweaty hands on his jeans.

"Yeah, I'll get back to you."

"Yeah, thanks. I'll talk to you soon."

Michael placed the phone on his bed and let out a quiet sigh.

"Who was it?" Luke asked, his curiosity burning bright.

"The  Universal Music Group." Michael mumbled, still a nervous mess.

"Honest?" Luke squealed, excitement bubbling in the pit of his stomach.

"Yeah." Michael smiled a bit.

"What'd they say!" Luke asked, bouncing a bit, smiling huge.

"They want to sign me."

"That's great news." Luke laughed joyously, his chest glowing because he was just so happy for his best friend.

"I'm not sure if I'll take it." Michael bit his lip, anxiety nipping his stomach.

"Why not?" Luke deflated physically and he held back a frown.

"I can't do this."

"Michael, we have already gone over this." Luke said, disappointment seeping in his tone but it was well covered with empathy.

"I know, I know but I-" He stopped.

"Okay, how about I write you a song, huh? You can always start with a single." Luke proposed.

"I think that can work.", Michael agreed.

"Good." Luke grinned.

Michael grinned back.

Short but hey, it's an update.

I don't know, writing has become a task instead if an escape now and it's all so exhausting.

All the love,
