Sometimes You Fall (Denis Stoff)

Chapter 4

James' POV

The meet and greet was over and I looked around for Lexi but I couldn't see her anywhere.

"Have you seen Lex anywhere?" I asked the guys.

"I only saw her before we left the bus" Cam said.

"She did seem a little upset when we were walking over her" Ben said.

"I saw her talking to a fan before and it didn't look like a very nice conversation" Sam said.

We all walked around and yelling her name. We didn't see her anywhere. I tried to call her but she didn't answer. I was getting really worried.

Denis' POV

We walked on the bus calling out for her. I walked into the bathroom, I saw her lifeless body on the ground, her wrists were surrounded by blood. I ran over to her and held her close to me.

"Someone call an ambulance!" I yelled.

James ran in, he got on his knees and started to cry.

"I can't lose her Denis, she's all I have left" he cried.

The ambulance came and took her to a hospital. James got in the ambulance with her while me and the guys took a cab to the hospital. We walked inside and waited in the waiting room with James.

Denis' POV

"Lexi Cassells" the doctor called out. We all walked over to her.

"She's lost a lot of blood, we'll have to keep her in for the night for observation" she said.

"Can we see her?" James asked.

"Yes you can, but she's not awake yet"

We all walked into her room, there she was, her pale skin, laying on the bed. James sat next to her and held her hand. I sat on the other side of her while  Ben, Cam and Sam sat on the other chairs. James started to cry.

"It's all my fault, she should've been standing with me" he cried.

"It's not your fault, we don't even know what happened to her" Ben said.

The guys went and got some food but I wasn't hungry so I stayed with her. She still looked so beautiful. I missed looking at her blue eyes. Her hand was as cold as ice. I kissed her head.

"Please wake up" I whispered.

Her eyes fluttered open.

"Denis?" She asked.

"Yes I'm here love"

She started to cry. I sat on the bed next to her and hugged her.

"It's okay, why are you crying?" I asked.

"I'm so sorry that you had to be here with me" she sniffled.

"Why did you hurt yourself?" I asked.

"When you and the guys where with the fans, a fan came up to me, she called me a whore for trying to get into yours and the rest of guys pants and that no one wants me" she cried.

"Don't believe her, you're so beautiful, anyone would want you, don't believe anyone who says differently, as soon as I saw you, I thought you were most beautiful girl I've ever seen, your eyes are so amazing and you're perfect in every way" I said.

She hugged me.

"Thank you Denis"

"You're welcome beautiful"

I lent in and she did too. I felt her cold lips touch mine, they moved in synch, I licked her bottom lip begging for an entrance which she granted. We pulled back and smiled.

"When you get out of here I'm taking you on a date"

"I'd love that" she smiled.

Lexi's POV

We just kissed. I can't believe it. I've been afraid to kiss anyone since Chad but somehow kissing Denis felt right. The guys back in. James ran over to me and hugged me.

"I'm so glad you're okay" he said.
I smiled. The doctor walked back in.

"I'm happy to see you awake Miss Cassells, you lost quite a lot of blood, so you'll have to stay here tonight for observation" she said.

I sighed and nodded. I told the guys what happened. They all told me not believe anything she said.
It was 6:30, the guys left except for Denis.

"I'm never letting you out of my sight" he said.

I smiled. He got in the bed with me and laid next to me. He started singing I Won't Give In. I sang along with him.

"You have an amazing voice"

"Thank you, but I don't really"

"What did I tell you? Don't doubt yourself, you're perfect in every way" he said.

I sighed and snuggled into his side. We both fell asleep.
