Chapter 1 - Surpise Surprise

"Why you? Why does it always have to be you?"

I spit the words out like poison.

I am Charlotte Sinngs and my sister, Clareece Sinngs, completely froze.

Clareece was a year older than me. I am 15.

To know what happened we have to go back to the day I met 'him'.

January 18

 I was shivering, it was January and I thought I would freeze to death.

'Why the hell didn't I bring a scarf or something?' 

I thought to myself as I sat on the cold steel bench. I was observing my surroundings when I saw 'him'.

Jeremy Ryder. The player, the jock, the womanizer. The Bad Boy.

He goes to the same school as me and Clareece. Riverdale High.

I've seen him in the cafeteria with girls drooling all over him. I would just roll my eyes and laugh.

He would smirk at them and they would all just melt, which always made me chuckle.

Although he was attractive and has those dreamy eyes that you could just stare into forever.

He has trouble written all over him, he was the typical heart breaker and

every girl in Riverdale High seemed to adore him. Except me.

I focused back to Jeremy who was now coming closer and closer to me.

I didn't realize that I had been staring at him the whole time I was reminiscing.

I panicked and thought that I was caught in the act, my heart was pounding faster as I closed my eyes shut. After a few seconds, I carefully opened my eyes and saw him sitting a few inches away from me in the bench. I sighed a sigh of relief.

 As I was about to take my phone out but I stopped when I heard him say "Charlotte Sinngs."

I looked his way and he was smirking. "You've been staring at me the whole time haven't you?" He teased.

I could feel my cheeks turning red as he chuckled. 

'How embarassing!' I thought to myself.

"You wish" I mumbled. I guess he heard so he laughed even harder.

"Well, who couldn't resist staring at the Jeremy Ryder." He said with a confident tone.

"Oh Wow!" I couldn't resist "Don't be soo full of yourself." I said in a low voice.

"Hey! I heard that!" he retorted.

"I'm just stating the obvious" I said while rolling my eyes.

 'Why was he suddenly talking to me?  And why does he know me? It's not like I was a popular kid. Although Clareece was.'

"Why do you know me?" I asked curiously. "Clareece Sinngs is your sister right? She talks about you all the time" he grinned.

'Oh my god. Are they together?' I couldn't bear the thought of them together.

I quickly asked "Are you guys like together or something?"

He gave me an evil half smirk and said "I don't know" he winked and he left.

I galloped home and immediately looked for my sister.

'She has some explaining to do'

I searched all around the house for her but she wasn't home. I wasn't surprised because she comes home late every night with all those party she attends.

I waited for her all night. She finally came home at 1:00 am. She looked surprised to see me.

All I could say was

"What the hell Clareece? "
