Chapter 6 - Stop Being So Smart

"Hope meet River Song," The Doctor says running through the door with a tall woman with curly blonde hair.

"River meet Hope Armstrong," he continues as I smile at River,

"Hello" River says,

"Hello" I say popping out the 'o'

"So Zargons, haven't heard of them in awhile," River says following the Doctor pushing buttons after he has, like she is fixing his mistakes.

"Let me fly it," he says shewing her away, they look like an old married couple,

"He thinks he can fly," she laughs standing next to me and laughing,

"Oih stop talking to her she's nothing but trouble," the Doctor says to me as I laugh,

"Where are you from?" I ask River,

"Here there everywhere," she smiles as I try and work out who she is,

"How'd you meet the Doctor?"

"Well, he was my mother and fathers best friend" River says as I look confused.

I look over to the Doctor and he's frowning, leading me to think that maybe they are dead. He looks over to me and smiles,

"We're here,"

"What do we do," I say as I walk through the door, "wait this isn't Adelaide is it?"

"No, good observation Hope," he states stepping out next to me, we seem to have landed in Canberra,

"Is this Canberra?" I ask excitedly,

"Yep," he laughs as River walks up behind us.

"I have always wanted to go to Canberra," I laugh, "wait is this the same day?"

"Two minuets since we left," he laughs grabbing my hand and running.

We run around the corner and I stop as I see Parliament House.

"Is this--- oh my god, I don't like this place it's so boring," I say excited and confused. I don't like parliament stuff it's so boring, I feel like falling asleep just looking at it.

"Seriously?" the Doctor laughs,

"Shut up," I laugh back, "wait what are we going to do?"

"Well, what we are going to do is to walk into parliament house and tell everyone that they are doomed" the Doctor laughs as River walks up beside us,

"I think you can scratch the whole line, I don't think the term 'walk into' is relevant in this situation," I say,

"What? it's what we're going to do," he laughs before walking up to the door.

I look at river and she just shrugs her shoulders casually before following the Doctor.

The guards go to stop him but he shows them a ID badge and then signals for us to follow him. I smile at the guards as I walk in and then run up to the Doctor.

"How the hell did we get in?" I ask,

"Well this piece of paper says whatever I want it to say, it's psychic paper" he says before blabbing on about sciencey stuff making me loose track of what he's saying

"Stop being so smart" I laugh before looking down sadly,

"What's wrong" he asks stoping,

"Nothing, just my mother used to say that to my dad before she died," I say before he smiles at me making me smile back,

"I'll stop being smart when you stop being weird," he laughs poking me on the nose.

"guys remember time limit," River says walking up beside us.
