I can't get that kiss out my mind, why did she kiss me we were having a great time always talking getting to know each other and then that kiss... and most of all why did I kiss her back? Now I can't talk to her she sent me a message like nothing ever happened and if I didn't keep having that kiss replying in my mind I could also act like it never happened and we could still be talking without it being weird between us.

I have to get Ryder to help me out with her make sure she is OK so i have asked him to meet me at Starbucks so we could chat, it is perfect that he is with Joys now he practically lived there now.

"Weston?"

"Hey dude how you doing"

"OK, so what's wrong why did you need to chat so desperately urgent?"

"I need your advice I have no clue what to do"

"Is this to do with you and Scarlett?"

"Yes how do you know?"

"Well she keeps telling me everything is fine between you but when you called me she went as white as a ghost so I knew she was keeping something from me"

"Yea she won't tell you, she is the type of girl that will leave me to tell you as you're my friend and she won't open up to you because she doesn't know you that well."

"You two know each other so well so what happened that you looking lost and she is I don't know different"

"well we were getting to know each other always talking now and again a flirt here and there but nothing serious and well the movie day was my idea and we agreed it was not a date well I thought we agreed but she kissed me and I kissed her back Ryder I can't get the fucken kiss out my head, she has messed everything up for me now, I can't even talk to her now, awake or sleeping that kiss is in my mind"

"Dude what's the problem then you clearly like her and she likes you?"

"Have you forgotten the arranged girlfriend for my family image?"

"Aaaw come on Weston your mom and dad can't make you date that girl if you tell them you have someone now"

"you clearly have rose covered glasses since you and Joys are together you were there the family inheritance won't come my way if I don't have a upper class girl with a respected family name and Mom and Dad have already set up a dinner for tomorrow with Clarisse and her family were we will be announcing our courtship as they called it."

"So tell all this to Scar, she will at least know why you ran chicken shit out her place and I am guessing not spoken to her after that"

"Ok so she kissed you and you kissed her back then ran no wonder she is saying everything is fine she probably doesn't even know what's wrong, dude you have to talk to her at least tell her you're going to be just friends and talk like you did don't lose her totally or you will be miserable looking at you now very miserable"

"I can't all I want to do is hold her in my arms like I had her when she was sleeping and I want that kiss again Dude I really like her but if I stay friends I will just hurt her you know my family will look down on her and I don't want to hurt her maybe just leaving things like they are now will be easier.

"Weston I have never seen you this crazy about a girl now you want to throw it away before even giving it a shot?"

"It is for the best that way I can't hurt her more and she won't get hurt by my family"

"Fine but if you have made your mind up why did you need to see me?"

"To ask you to keep an eye on her make sure she is fine and I don't know take her out make her meet new people"

"You do know if she goes out she will get guys all over her and I will send you pictures of it all"

"No I just need her to be OK not sad or second guessing herself I know she is going over every detail over thinking about it all"

"You are an idiot Message her dude and tell her why you can't at least then she won't keep thinking it's her fault your family is fucked up"

"OK so hear is the plan I will message her and explain it's not her fault if you will keep me up to date on how she is but don't let her know you are keeping an eye on her for me please I just want to know she is OK"

"Dude she won't tell me you said it yourself and plus she is now more awkward with me after this morning's incident"

"Because I know you, what did you do to her?"

"Nothing she walked in on me peeing and well she got all embarrassed and shy so I flaunted it so she can't look at me now it's funny"

"No but she is off limits to you"

"I will message her tonight and let her know that we can be friends, I just don't know how I will keep myself away from her that is where I need your help the most"

"I can't promise anything bud I was routing for you two, I don't know much about relationships but you guys are comfortable around each other hell you even fell asleep in each other's arms and you never do that and well at one stage I could not get you away from your phone"

"Nope it's when you love something or someone in your case set it free if it comes back it's yours if it doesn't it never was yours"

"OK well I will see how she is tonight I won't do or say anything till you let me know you have spoken to her and what your final decision is but dud please don't let your family fuck this up for you too its time you start making your own life not living in there shadows"

"Look dude I must bounce but I will catch you later I am meeting Joys for lunch"

"Cool enjoy Oh please don't tell her anything she will tell Scarlett"

Why did Ryder the usual player like her so much and everything he was saying is true I always end up doing everything to please my family that is why it was always easier to be single and have no problems with my family they are so high classed that if the girl I am with was not of riches she is not welcome and they make it known to her face, that is what makes my life complicated I don't want anyone to want me for my family money Hell I have not even told Scarlett I am of wealth and she liked me we just got to know each other as simple individual's nothing more and that is what I really liked about her I can be free and myself around her but again I will have to cut my loss to protect her from my militias family.
