Everything
it ached
it burned
I bled from many cuts
The worse part
was when some
poor hiker
stumbled upon me
I was sick
and hurt
and could barely call out
The cops came
they ran tests
asked questions
Dad came
he saw me
and his eyes immediately turned
He held my moms hand
and whispered in her ear
and turned to go
"D..dad"
I croaked out.
He stopped and rushed to me
A single tear in his eye
"It...f...f"
He patted my hand
and
nodded.
"I know
who it was
and I know
what he's going to do next"
My dad said
as they put me into the
large ambulance
"Do not
worry about me.
He will never touch you again"
