I got to school today, earlier than usual (Phew!) So i didn't have to worry about excuses to give for why I came late. In fact, I'm pretty proud of my self. I mentally gave my self a thumbs-up. I walked up to my locker to put my books in, since we were on break.

"Hey, did you see that new  hot guy?" I heard the voice of the famous gossip, Helena and her crew. There was no news that got past her in the whole of Westford High.  "I know, right?" Her friend agreed with her. "He's so handsome, I need binoculars to wear to look at him, or i think I'll go blind."  They gigged in unison and went down the stairs. I snorted. That girl was exaggerating so much. Really? Binoculars? I shook my head and closed my locker...only to come face to face with none other than the 'hot guy'. Please note the sarcasm.

"Miss me?" He smirked at me and I rolled my eyes "You wish." I started walking down the hallway. Okay, fine, I admit he's handsome. So what? He's still too arrogant for he's own good. He fell into step beside me and said "I'm sorry." I snapped my head towards him so fast, I'm sure my neck is suffering it right now. I was really surprised by his apology "What?" I asked due to the surprise. "Nope. Not gonna say it again. If you didn't hear it the first time, then its your loss." He said looking straight ahead. Something tells me Damian Dryden doesn't apologise much.

I chucked under my breath and he turned his head towards me finally. "What's so funny?" He glared at me, and I laughed harder. Wouldn't wanna miss out on an opportunity like this to piss him off. "Whatever" he said walking off. "Hey! Won't you do the gentlemanly thing by walking me to my next class?" I asked trying to aggravate him the more. He waved me off without turning back and I laughed some more. I walked off to my next class, Statistics. Well, at least its not history. I wouldn't get as bored as usual.

After Statistics, I went down to the library to get some materials for an assignment. I greeted Mrs Lancaster and she gave me a stiff response and told me to do whatever I wanted to do in the library quietly. I nodded and went past her to the shelves to look for the books I needed. "There she is." A voice behind me whispered. I decided not to turn back. For all I know, they may not be referring to me. "Shh...keep your voice down. You don't wanna scare her away, do you?" Another voice whispered.
"Hmm...so this is the girl."
"Yeah...she's quite pretty." I sighed and decided to satisfy my curiosity. I turned to the direction of the voices, and saw two guys. Identical twins. There were so identical, I couldn't tell them apart. One of them spoke again. "Let me rephrase that. Very Pretty." He grinned and wiggled his brows at me. I blushed but hid it behind a smirk. "She blushed! Did you see that?!" The other said. My eyes widened in surprise. Before the other twin could respond, I snapped my fingers to get their attention. "I'm here, you know."  I raised my eyebrows at them. "Oh, forgive my manners, milady.I'm Ben, and this is my brother, Jake." He said dramatically. I rolled my eyes and laughed. "You're twins." I said simply. "What? No. Really?" Ben said dramatically, a hand over his heart in mock surprise. "Mom should have told us. I feel cheated." Jake continued.

"Duped." Ben chimed.

"Hoodwinked." Josh said.

I tried to suppress my laughter, me being in the library and all, but failed terribly. "Shh!" Mrs Lancaster said from her desk close to the door.

I put my hand over my mouth and apologised. "Sorry, ma'am" . I then turned to the funny twins I just met. "Seriously? You still watch Barbie?" I asked still trying to hold in my laughter. "No. Of course not. Jake, maybe. But I don't." Ben answered, tapping his brother on the shoulder. Jake swatted Ben's arm and glared at him. "Tell her the truth, you watched it and told me about it." Jake insisted. The twins argued back and forth about who watched it until Mrs Lancaster decided she'd had enough of our noise and pursued us out of the library. They didn't stop their bickering though. I decided I'd had enough and coughed loudly to get their attention. "Sorry." They muttered in unison. I nodded and asked. "So, do you guys mind telling me how you know about me?"
"We're Damian's besties." They answered in unison. That was cute. The way they answered in unison. Cute and kinda creepy. "Wow, seriously?" I asked, genuinely suprised. "You're surprised that a grumpy guy like Damian-" Ben started "Has amazing pals like us, right?" Jake completed.

They took the words right out of my mouth. I laughed. "You think he's grumpy too?" I asked them. "Of course. Who doesn't?" Jake was the one who answered this time. I'm sure you're wondering how I can tell them apart. Ben and Jake wore the same clothes, just different colours. Ben wore a red shirt, while Jake wore a green one. "So, what did he tell you about me?" I asked, terrified he might have told them about the incident.

I braced my self for what was coming next...

"You have sharp teeth, girl!"
