Adrian's POV:

I knew she was tired. The airport was too quiet for her to not be tired.

I softly and gently traced my finger tips along the side of her face as she slept peacefully on my lap. She looked even more beautiful and innocent if even possible.

She was a good sleeper too. She didn't snore, breathe heavily, move around, kick or drool. Isabella simply took soft breaths while being curled up on her side.

It was eight o'clock and her brother's flight still wasn't here. I leaned back resting one arm on Isabella's stomach in a protective gesture and my other grabbing her hand to hold it before I threw my head back, falling asleep.

I felt someone shaking me. Wait, not me. Isabella.

I jolted awake and pulled Isabella close to me before putting an arm up against whoever touched her.

"Whoa, whoa! Chill, bro. I'm Seth Anthony, Isa's my sister." He quickly explained, throwing his hands up in a surrendering motion.

"Shh." I quickly said,

I became worried when Isabella stirred, she turned around while grabbing a handful of the hem of my shirt. She brought it close to her lips and fell back into her slumber. I sighed in relief before brushing my fingers through her hair to give her further relaxation.

"She was fighting her sleep to wait for you, but I knew she would knock out before you came." I told Seth, not taking my eyes off Isabella.

"My flight was delayed an hour, my phone died so I couldn't call her dad. But you are?" He asked,

"Oh, my bad. I'm Adrian, a close friend of Isabella's." I said, finally looking up.

Holy shit!

Isabella was right! He did look just like her just not the eyes. The same skin tone, hair, ears, even their damn face structure looked the same. They could pass for twins if it weren't for Isabella's beautiful green eyes.

"I already got a room reserved for me at this one hotel named Fairfield Inn, can you tell Isa I'll see her first thing tomorrow and it's okay that she fell asleep?" He asked,

"Actually I told her that I would give you and her a ride to where you guys needed to go, so my car's that way." I said pointing to the parking lot,

I looked at Isabella trying to figure out what to do, I didn't want to wake her up. She needed to sleep if she was gonna get up for school tomorrow.

"I can carry her." Seth mentioned, seeing I was struggling.

I hesitated before nodding, I didn't want to leave this position. He reached and grabbed her gently before trying to pull her into his arms.

Keyword, trying.

She furrowed her eyebrows and unknowingly wrapped her arms around my waist in her sleep. Seth sighed and let go of her.

"You're gonna have to carry her, she's always done that." He said chuckling and shaking his head.

"Done what?" I asked curiously,

"Everyone knows Isa needs to sleep alone 'cause once someone falls asleep with her, she turns them into her personal inseparable cuddle bear. One time she fell asleep in my bed and when her dad tried carrying her to her room, she wouldn't let go of me. And now she's doing the same with you." He explained,

I didn't find that annoying, actually I didn't find that bad at all. I personally actually found that really adorable and I loved the fact that she wasn't gonna let go of me for awhile.
