Cas the Amnesiac

Cas had just left to go to the store to get food for you guys. The motel was empty and there was nothing to eat or drink. He had left and about 45 minutes later you get a phone call. Sam and Dean look at you with a worried expression. You picked up the phone not knowing what was next. 

"Hello?"

"Y/N?"

"Yes."

"I was just calling to let you know that Castiel was admitted to the hospital about 25-30 minutes ago. He was hit by a car and we were able to revive him. We kept asking him questions like his name, where he lived and he said he couldn't remember. All he said was your name."

You were crying and Dean walks over to you with a worried face.

"What's wrong?"

You hold up a hand to tell him to hang on.

"Can I at least talk to him?"

"Sure. One moment."

You look at Dean and all it takes is one word. 

"Cas."

You lean on Dean's chest and you hear Cas's weak voice.

"Y/N?"

"Cas! Thank god, are you okay?"  You asked, holding the phone to your ear, relief spreading through you to hear his voice.  

"I'm...Cas, right?"

"You don't...you don't remember who you are?"

"I woke up and the only thing I could remember was your face. Your name was the only one my mind could conjure up."

You start to cry and Dean holds on to you and Cas starts questioning you. 

"Y/N? Are you okay?"

You sniffle and wipe away your tears. 

"Yeah. Yeah I'm fine."

"Don't lie to me."

"I'm coming to see you. Okay?"

"Okay. See you soon."

"I love you Cas."

"I love you too."

You look at Dean and just start bawling. You guys sit on the floor and he lets you cry on his shoulder. After you get done crying your eyes out, you stand up and look at the brothers. 

"Cas was hit by a car and he has amnesia and I just want to go see him. Please?"

"Yeah. Okay. Let's go."

You guys walk out to the Impala to go see him. You just wanted to see him for yourself and know that everything would be okay.

Sorry for the slow updates. I've been sick lately and I feel like shit. I will try to update more.
