Sam and Dean were at the motel reaseching when Dean's phone rang. He answered it
"Dean Winchester?" A voice asked.
"Yes." He answered.
"Do you know a Y/F&L/N?" The voice asked.
"Yes why? Is something wrong?" Dean asked concerned about your safety.
"She was in an accident and she was severely injured. So severely we had to put her in a drug induced coma. She is currently at Souix Falls General. I'm so sorry."
Dean nodded and hung up. He held the phone up to his forehead and sighed.

He threw it against the wall and sighed. Tears flooded his vision and he stood there and sobbed.

Sam looked at him, his eyes begging for an explanation for his brothers actions.
"You want to talk about it?" Sam asked.
"Sam, its Y/N. She was in an accident and now she's in a coma. What am I gonna do if she dies?"
Sam pulled his broken brother into a hug and he saw Cas appear in the doorway.
"Dean." Cas spoke.
Dean quickly turned and looked at the angel.

"Tell you have some sort of good news. I can't take any bad news right now." Dean begged the angel
"I'm sorry but I have some information I thought you would like to know. It's important." The angel says with a sigh.
"Y/N is pregnant with your child. You are a father. Anyway, I'm going to let you morn."
Cas disappears and Dean just sobs. He looks up at the ceiling and begs god for help.
"Please god. I can't...I can't deal with this."
