When you get hurt~Donnie

I smiled down at the small robot that walked it's way across my desk. "Donnie would be so proud!" I said happily as I watched it walk across my desk. I turned the switch and the robot shut up, I placed it back on the shelf. I stood and stretched causing me to almost lose my balance. I laughed at my clumsiness and looked out my window. Donnie was supposed to be coming over and I eagerly awaited his arrival. A knock on my door caused me to focus back on the real world. I waited to see if anyone would speak but the knock came again, I didn't say anything as I walked to this door and looked through the peak hole. I couldn't see anything because whoever was at the door was blocking the view. I decided the best thing to do was keep the door locked and stay quiet. I backed away from the door and remained quiet, without any warning my door opened with force and men began rushing into my apartment. I tried to run away but one of the men grabbed me and threw me to the ground, my glasses fell from my face and I felt around the ground for them. I felt multiple kicks to my legs and once I recovered my glasses one lens was cracked, I looked down at my bruised legs and felt the tears roll down my cheeks. Then my window flew open and I screamed when another form came into my room, it was Donatello but it's still new seeing a giant turtle. He began fighting the bad guys off as I watched. He was definitely skilled despite how nerdy he seemed, I watched in awe as he easily defeated the men. Once he made sure everyone was gone he walked over to me. "Hey there." He said softly as he placed a hand against my cheek softly. "Hi." I said quietly and he smiled at me. "Donnie I need an ice pack." I said and he nodded as he went to the freezer and handed me an ice pack. My legs were already beginning to turn shades or purple and brown but I knew the ice would help the soreness. "Are you okay?" He asked sitting next to me and I nodded my head. "Here, let me." He said taking the ice pack from me and rubbing it across my legs and over the bruises. I shivered at the cold but closed my eyes at the sensation because my legs were beginning to feel much better. "Hey, (y/n) I think we should go to (Leo's girls name) place because that's where Raph and Flowers are. Plus, Leo said he wanted to talk to everyone about something." Donnie said looking at me. "Okay, let's go." I said beginning to stand but Donnie stopped me. "No, I'll carry you. Nothing like that is going to happen to you again. I won't let it happen, I swear." He said picking me up and leaning his head against mine. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his heck, "Thank you, for everything." I said softly as we climbed out the window and began jumping the top of the buildings, we were on our way to Mom's house.
