When you meet again~Donnie

I sat down at my small desk that was cluttered with different items and small contraptions. I looked at the clock and sighed, my sister was at work so I would have the apartment to myself for the rest of the night. I moved in with my sister to attend college in New York. I don't see her that much, even though I live with her she's never really home. My phone buzzed and I read the group messages that was going on between my friends, I replied for a few minutes then left to do my homework. I sighed loudly and rested my head in my hands. "Calculus will be the absolute death of me." I said to myself as I opened the book and began reading about different things to learn, finally I found the problems we were assigned and began working on them. After only completing three out of the ten problems in only one hour I sighed loudly and slammed the book shut. I stood up to stretch and looked out the window, the clouds were beginning to disappear into the night and the sky was multiple colors. Purple hues covered the sky and I smiled, a blush crept of my face as I remembered Donatello. I opened my window and climbed out to sit on the fire escape, I stared at the sky thinking about when I first met the purple hero. I didn't realize that someone was calling my name. "(Y/n). Hey! (Y/n)!" I jumped when I heard my name being called and looked over to find the turtle I was day dreaming about sitting next to me. "Hey." I said shyly as I realized he was sitting there. "Hello, you sure we're out of it. Thinking about someone special?" He asked and I nodded. "You have no idea." I said sarcastically and he smiled at me. "So what's up?" He asked and I sighed, "Just doing some homework, got confused so I took a break." I said honestly and he nodded. "Understandable, what subject? Maybe I can help." He replied smiling and I stood. "Well its calculus." I said looking down at him and he stood next to me, "Oh, I can most definitely help with that." He said smiling and I returned the smile and went in my window and waited for Donnie to follow me. He followed me and looked around the apartment, "This is very nice and cozy." He said and I thanked him as I walked over to my desk and grabbed the book. He followed me and took the book from my hand and studied the pages. I realized how tall he was as I watched him read the pages. "Here, I see where you got confused." He said as he showed me the problem. "I'll work one out for you and then you can do the others." He said walking over to the table and sitting down, I followed and sat next to him. I watched him work the problem and listen to his explanations and tricks. Soon enough I was able to figure out the other problems quickly and I smiled and wrapped my arms around Donnie in excitement. "Oh thank you! Thank you Donnie!" I said happily as I hugged him. He wrapped his arms around me as well and I pulled back to see a blush on his face, "N-no problem (y/n)." He stuttered and I smiled at him. "So Donnie, what made you decide to show up here?" I asked curiously as I shut my textbook and went to grab a water. "Oh and do you want anything to drink or eat?" I asked while walking into the kitchen. "Uh, no thank you." He replied and I sat next to him with a water bottle and waited for him to explain why he showed up at my house. "Well, I met one of your friends last night. I believe her name was (Mikey's girls name) but she is commonly known as Socks." He said and I laughed. "You enter socks?" I asked and he nodded. "Did you meet the others?" I asked and he stared at me. "You know the others, Flowers and Nursey?" I asked and he nodded quickly. "Yes, and April too." He said and I nodded. "Yeah April and Flowers were friends first, then I moved here with my sister which I met Flowers and April. Then Nursey moved here and she met Flowers, then April and me. And lastly Socks moved here cause her parents passed away, she met Flowers first then the rest of us." I said and Donnie nodded. "So flowers, she introduced everyone to everyone?" He asked and I nodded. "Yeah cause she's known April her whole life, they've been friends since birth pretty much. Then they met me because she defended me from some other people and stood up for me. She met Nursey cause she helped patch her up after a fight, and She met socks from fighting off some people who were picking on her." I said and Donnie nodded. "She's the feisty one?" He asked and I nodded. "Yeah but she's actually a softie." I said and Donnie nodded. "Oh no. Did Socks tell you my nickname?" I asked and Donnie laughed and a blush rose to my cheeks. "Clumsy Einstein." Donnie said between laughs and my blush went from pink to red. "I think it's cute." Donnie said standing up and walking to the window. "I better get going." He said opening the window and he looked down at me, "Oh, hey Clumsy Einstein maybe I should give you my number so that way you can text me if you have any other problems with homework." Donnie said blushing and running the back of his neck. "That sounds like a plan to me." I said tossing my phone to him and he entered his number. He handed me my phone and we said our goodbyes before he went out the window and closed it. I watched him disappear into the night and looked down at my phone,

I smiled at the name and turned off my phone and headed to my room to go to bed.
