Cleaning the counter of the tables in the coffee shop you worked at; which was owned by your grandparents, you glance at the clock on the wall and smile. This was usually around the time when your favorite costumer arrived.

"Hmm~ someone looks happy." Chimes your close friend and coworker. You blush and turn to face her.

"W-Who looks happy?" You try to pretend to not know what she's talking about but fail horribly as the words that came out failed to cooperate.

"Waiting for that cute guy that comes here?" She says teasingly as she jabs at your stomach. "...maybe" you mumble.

"Aww~ {YourName} has a cruh-ush~ {YourName} has a cruh-ush~" she sings as she jumps around the room excitedly.

"Shhhh! Oh my god you're so loud shut up!" You say as you feel yourself grow more and more embarrassed.

"Oh how they grow up so fast!" She says as she dramatically fake cries into her hands. You roll your eyes at her and sigh. "Could you be any more embarrassing?" you say sarcastically.

"Hm... I think I can. Want me to try?" She laughs and sticks her tongue out at you before she continues to sweep the dark wood floors.

The familiar chime on the door fills your ears and you look to see your favorite costumer. He was very tall with dark blue hair, unique purple eyes that looked ethereal which were framed perfectly with shiny red spectacles.

He walks over to his usual spot at the back of the shop, small table beside the window and pulls out a book from his bag.

You couldn't help but sigh dreamily as you watched him read his book. It was a very thick one at that. You felt your heart squeeze when he pushed up his glasses. Not only was he good looking, he was intelligent. Well, you could only assume since he was the only male you knew who would read on their spare time. While most guys you knew were out chasing girls and sleeping around.

"Pssst. I know you like him but when are you going to take his order?" whispers your friend loudly.

Your heart almost leaps out of your chest and you slap her arm. "What the hell!" You whisper shout. "He can probably hear us you fucking weeaboo!" You hit her again and pray to god that the soft music playing on the radio drowns out your voices. "Hey! You watch anime too!" She retorts in a hushed tone.

You straighten out your uniform and curse your grandparents for not making the uniform more flattering. You fix your hair with your fingers and your friend inspects you before giving you an 'ok' with her fingers. You both nod and you make your way to his table.

"Hello. What can I get you? The usual I assume?" You ask with a big smile. You couldn't stop yourself from doing so when you were so close to him.

He looks up from his book and gives you a small smile. You gnaw on your bottom lip and pull out a paper and pen to take his order.

"Yes. That would be perfect." He responds. You felt like melting right then and there. His deep voice made your legs feel weak like jelly. This was bad. He was a very dangerous being. Nobody has ever made you feel this way before.

"Coming right up." You reply and scribble down his order.
