ONE WEEK LATER:

Rory POV:

I was sitting in my living room watching TV, waiting for Lily to finish getting for tonight; We were going to graduation and had to pick up Melina on the way; We were meeting our parents at the school. It was 5:30 pm now and we had to leave at 6:00 pm.

For my outfit and look, I curled my light brown hair and pinned it up in a ponytail 'The Ariana Grande' way. For my makeup, I did a natural look. I did my liquid eyeliner in the cat-eye look, with brown and bronze shades of eyeliner; Not to little, not to much. My lipstick was a natural pinkish shade with a glossy shine. As for my dress, It was a pure creamy white color, the length went just above my knees, a tube top chest area, laced over with a beautiful fabric. The bottom of the dress had a flowing finish and I was wearing bloody red flats; I felt sort of like a princess. It didn't feel like me, I'm kind of a punk, but after all this is a special event; It was graduation!

After the show I was watching was over, the network left an annocement: "After these messages, the classic 'The Dutchess Approves' will come on to Dish Network...'

"LILY!" I yelled. Anything but The Dutchess Approves! Nononono... That show gets me so overwhelmed and worked up. "I CAN'T FIND THE REMOTE AND I REFUSE TO GET UP!"

"With Sara Bonden as the Dutchess, and Edison Filmer as the Selfless Prince..."

"LILY!" I screamed in horror.

Lily POV:

I scan myself in my mirror one last time before I leave the bathroom. I straightened my long black hair and braided it into a lose fishtail braid. I was wearing a tank top dress that ended right above my knees; it was a velvet red with ruffles for the undergarment. I had a short lacy cardigan to complete the look; Not to mention my black sandal high heels! My makeup was a dramatic smokey eye with a tint of red eye shadow, and I was wearing read lipstick. I don't mean to brag but, I looked good... I looked good.

I came out of Rory's bedroom's bathroom and traveled down the stairs only to see Rory kneeling on the floor, holding on to both sides of the tv, yelling at the TV.

"I came back to reclaim my bride." A man on the TV said.

"YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE AT THE BALLAD YOU!" Rory yelled at the man on the TV.

"You had your chance at the ballad you!" Another man on the TV roared.

"That's what I'm SAYIN'!" Rory cried as she shook the TV.

"Rory, what the hell are you doing?" I asked, kind of freaked out by her.

"Uh..." Rory let go of the TV and sat back down in her seat. "I couldn't find the remote."

"I don't wanna know." I said as I picked up Rory's car keys and threw them to her as she caught them. "Let's go pick up Melina."

------

When Melina came out of her house she was wearing a grey knee length dress with a flowing bottom half, and the sleeves of the dress were a coral pink with a floral lace print. She wore black high heels with bows at the bottom. Her hair was was in a casual yet formal bun, and her makeup was a sparkley whitish-pink glitter with nude lip color.

We all laughed and joked around in the car. But then I stopped laughing, my smile starting to fade. Everyone I knew; Everyone was moving on with their lives. I wouldn't have drama at school with anyone anymore sure, I get that, but people who were neutral friends I won't see anymore, not my teachers... Will I even stop seeing my best friends? No! I wouldn't let that happen.
