REALITY- a goofed up nightmare ( nanowrimo13)

All the students in the troupe came up taking their position.

Aarsh was the last one to come on the stage with a girl, who's name was Siddhi, i guess, not sure though.

But my eyes were fixed on the most dashing boy on the stage. He was breath takingly beautiful. He appeared to be taking deep breaths, trying to calm himself and prepare for the show.

The stage light darkened and the spot light focused on the pair. Since they we the lead they had some duet to perform.

He looked around the crowd as if looking for something, but his gaze found mine and i sent him a smile.

His lips curled up slightly, and that was enough to know that he'd had seen me.

Then theystarted with their routine and My God, it was mind blowingly perfect.

Specially the duet that was Aarsh and Siddhi's part.

It was just amazing.

I whooped and cheered and clapped my hands excitingly making a complete idiot of myself but really didn't bother much. Taani was doing the same. She was really close to him.

Aarsh and team were done with their performance and grinned right at me before walking off the stage.

Wwoooeeee....Aarsh was superb.

More students came up and more act were performed but I was too tired and worn out by my cheering and whooping to care much.

I flopped back in my seat breathless.

"Someone feels proud huh?" Takshil nudged me.

I nodded my head and grinned. He just rolled his eyes and turned back in his seat.

I got a message from Aarsh in the meanwhile.

Dodo, i will be sitting with mom and dad for the rest of the show. I will meet you at the school gate once she leaves with dad for their Date ;)

Another twenty eight minutes and it was over. The principle paid his gratitude and announced that there would be refreshments in the cafeteria but we weren't staying for any of those.

We went to wait by the front door of the school.

Kavya and Taani were having that loved up conversation where you feel like gagging yourself to death.

Takshil went in to congratulae the winners along with Snehi.

We secured the second position. The act with the bharatnattyam style got the first position.

I wanted to shoot myself in the head from boredom.I tapped my foot impatiently.

I saw Aarsh coming to the front gate grinning back, walking a little faster than before.

When he came up to me, i lent on my tip toes to kiss him on his cheek just for a second.He smiled and kissed my forehead. Wrapping me in his embrace.

"You were just beautiful." I said with so much pride and aww in my voice.

I was truely awestruck after his performance.

"How about you appreciate in a better way." he asked smiling wickedly.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I mean, how about an appreciating Kiss?" he said pouting.

"How about an appreciating slap?" I asked with a smirk.

"Well well, Aren't we feisty, little kitty?" He smirked back. Happy with his come back.

Jerk.

He then wrapped his hand around my shoulder and lead us to his car.

We were heading up to a restaurant for dinner.

Behaving like a gentleman, he opened the car door for me, and closed it behind as I climbed into his warm car.

Snehi and Takshil were riding with us and Kavya was getting Taani directly to the restaurant in his car.

We reached the restaurant and found a warm place in one of the corners and ate dinner goofing and teasing each other.
