Dear Dad, I understand.
You couldn't be there for me.
You stood behind bars
and lost a bit of humanity.
You turned down raising me.
Loving me.
For another woman instead of Mom?
What the Hell were you thinking?
I grew up thinking you were deceased,
and if it were true, maybe I'd be pleased.
Maybe you were out being a hero,
but that'd be bullshit; I'd know.
Here goes my mom with her kids...
Four.
You chose to go
And went straight out he door.
Now I know that I don't need you.
Don't want to see you.
So don't call me your son or family
because you aren't shit to me.
I'm not mad or sad,
just getting nonsense off my chest..
F you wanted to be a good father,
you didn't try your best.
I swear guys... I'm not ever gonna cry over shit like this but do me a favor. Tell your mom thanks or that you love her because if your dad can be there...has a choice to or is just with someone else after hurting your mom...Say thank you to her. To whoever is raising you. Tell them thanks. And that you love them...^•^
