Finally, the day of the party came. Reuben, Beca, Avery and Chloe couldn't wait. Chloe cleaned the house and prepared dinner, while Avery debated between two movies and finally decided on Despicable Me.
Beca rang the doorbell. A short little girl with big blue eyes and red hair answered the door.
"Hi Reuben!" Avery said to Reuben, who was hiding behind his mom. "I'm Avery!"
"Hi Avery," Beca said kindly. "I'm Miss Mitchell, but you can call me Beca. Where's your mom?"
"Oh, she's upstairs. At the last second she said her dress made her look fat, which is ridiculous because I think she's super thin. Mom, they're here!"
"Uh... Okay, I'll be right down, just give me a minute!" Chloe yelled down to Avery.
"Would you like to come inside?" Avery asked Beca and Reuben.
"Yes we would, thank you." Beca answered. Then a thought hit her, this little girl looked a lot like a mini Chloe, had the same last name as her, and the woman yelling down from upstairs sounded just like Chloe. "Avery, sweetheart, can I ask you a random question?"
"I guess so, but I can't promise I'll know the answer." She replied.
"What's your mommy's first name?"
Avery was about to answer when Chloe walked down the stairs.
"Beca!?" Chloe yelled.
"Chloe!" Beca said.
"Hey... How did you know that's my mom's name?" Avery asked, very confused.
Chloe ran up to Beca and gave her a huge hug.
"It's been so long since I've seen you!"
"Hello? Is anyone going to answer my question?" Avery said, annoyed by the fact she was being ignored.
Chloe spoke first, "Beca and I were in an a capella group together in college!"
"Your mom barged into my shower and practically begged me to join." Beca said laughing. Suddenly she stopped laughing, "Oh no."
"What's wrong?" Chloe asked worriedly.
"Where's Reuben?" Beca took a deep breath and yelled "Reuben!?"
Reuben responded almost immediately, "What!?"
Beca and Chloe both sighed in relief and walked into the kitchen to see Reuben eating crackers and cheese off of a plate Chloe had set out.
"You must be Reuben, I'm Chloe! It's nice to meet you!" Chloe said smiling.
Reuben and Chloe shook hands. Then Chloe and Avery went into the kitchen to get drinks.
"Isn't she pretty?" Reuben said to his mom.
"She looks just like Chloe." Beca couldn't get over the fact that there were now, not one, but two of them. "I missed Chloe so much." She added.
