Note: This is world set in a dystopian dome whereby the known remaining humans reside. At the age of five, each person is assessed using advanced behavioural tests to determine their mental stability and the chances of them wrecking havoc to the system, this then translates to their Psychological Efficiency Score which will decide where abouts in the dome that person will live in ( either in comfort or in poverty) and if they are to be branded as a Liability to the System.
